    When I first came for my appointment, the staff were friendly and very attentive. My appointments were set and insurance approved everything.However, they changed company owners during my process. I had two procedure appointments scheduled which I took time off work , and I came to off and they closed office and canceled the appointments without calling nor texting me that they were canceled. This through off the plan they had with the insurance with my procedures.There was a number to call on the door, and I called the number, and they say sorry we canceled and we only have one appointment available and can’t schedule anything else until you talk to doctor at that appointment. I go to appointment, and I wait for an hour then find out since they changed appointments and company, they have to see if insurance will approve date changes. This has been the worse experience

    I have 8 appointments scheduled for vein procedures over the course of a month. I have completed 4 appointments but I continuously had issues with this office. Every appointment I had to wait 1-2 hours to be seen. Today, I told them I will be going somewhere else to have my treatment completed after 2 hours of waiting. The doctor is great, his assistant is great, but the scheduling system and front desk double book appointments causing them to get very behind. Unless you have all the time in the world, I would recommend going elsewhere.

    Beware of USA Vein Clinics who bought Vein Clinics of America, and I hope you are not a patient of the last one. They abandoned its patients without notice, without giving information of what is going to happen with the company. They closed offices without notifying patients, abandoned patients who paid for packages, have appointments, or are waiting for the call back for the procedures. This is unprofessional and malpractice.

    Dissapointed in this place. My next treatment plan was never put in chart so my next appt could be made and insurance called for benefits. Don't know if Dr got sour because I previously expressed disapointment of clinic now after the changing of the guard. I completed my treatment before the switch i was trying find out why after year my leg starting hurting behind knee area After playing around with my appt they finally set up one for me, I went but as I stated earlier that was it, it was it for me also I contacted another place for my treatment, can't play these games any more. Said I needed more injections but never sent my treatment plan, you can't even call the office you get central scheduling who claims to send him messages that he obviously doesn't respond to.

    I have never felt so uneasy at a Dr office before. The staff was not on the same page about the purpose of my appointment, making me question whether I got the right procedure. The front desk staff left while I was there. My results were not properly uploaded on my records and no one has been in contact to schedule my treatments. I have called the office several times and all they say is that they can email the Dr. Then they suggest I come back in for a follow up which is unnecessary. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to get organized but it makes me very nervous to trust them for proper care. I am considering going elsewhere for treatment as it has been two weeks and I can’t get my treatment scheduled.

    this place was good but know they have different way now you are not able to call the office, you call the call center which is not good because they don’t know anything, i wait 2 hours and 15 minutes RIDICULOUS

    I enjoyed the doctor and the tech I worked with but the office staff was so disorganized I could not complete my services here. Hopefully they will hire some good folks soon.

    Dr. Harden is great, but everything about Sterling office admin is the worst-case medical office I have ever experienced. Phones, reception, no nurses/aides. Yuck.

    DON’T EVEN WASTE YOUR MONEY! They don’t have a good service. I bought some procedures called sclerotherapy vein injections from Groupon and I took off from my job drive 45 minutes and when I got there, they said we don’t do this kind of service. Even though they rescheduled me two times. The scheduling team is all from another countries and they don’t have any experience they don’t understand anything about Veins, there is no doctors either. It’s a fake place.

    Friendly staff and knowledgeable doctors. Very pleased with how efficient everything is from making appointments, explaining insurance benefits and having an ultrasound evaluation done. Luckily, my experience was brief, only needing a consultation, but I would recommend the Sterling office.

    It was my first time getting treatment for my spider veins and I was so nervous trusting a place that I wasn't referred to and found just by a Google search. I'm so happy that I did. Vein Clinics of America is very professional and honest. I felt comfortable throughout the entire process from the consultation to the treatments. Joanne treated my veins and she was absolutely amazing. Not only is she amazing at what she does she is also personable and helped me take my mind off the needles. Last week was my second treatment and I'm very happy with the results. I would truly recommend anyone to visit them even if it's just for a consultation.
