Elase Medical Spa, very clean, very professional, wonderful people all the way around. I had my lips done and some Botox! They did exactly what I wanted. However it’s pretty expensive for there exclusive package deal.. depending on how often you need to up keep maintenance of your beautiful appearance. Overall I definitely recommend..

I love Elase and all the amazing people that work there! Everyone is so nice and helpful! They are also super knowledgeable! I came in to get filler in my lips (been going to Elase for a few years) and got them done by Gintare. She is absolutely amazing at what she does! She takes her time with you and explains everything and makes sure you're comfortable and happy with your results. I got exactly the look I was going for! The office is really nicely kept and aways smells wonderful when you walk in, and I'm aways greeted so kindly. I recommend Elase , Gintare and the whole team over there to everyone!!!

Natalie does all my injections and is the absolute best!!! And the sweetest person I’ve ever met. Kate does my Laser hair removal and is so cute and does it so fast. It’s so easy! Layton has done facials and knows so much about skin and I love the recommendations she gives me! I obviously just love it here! And everyone that works here!

My experience @ Elase is always a positive one. From the moment I walk in I feel peaceful. The facility is beautiful, clean and it smells so good! The team is always so friendly & kind and I never have to wait very long before I am brought back for my appointment. My injector Angelina is truly an artist & I trust her suggestions. She never tries to give me anything I don't need and she is so incredibly sweet. She is so knowledgeable and has so much much experience and If I ask for something and she thinks that I may be over filling she will tell me so. She is gentle and makes the experience as comfortable as possible. I have been going to Elase for 4 years now and I wish I would have started coming sooner. I am 43 years old and so many people ask if me and my 20 year old daughter are sisters. I love it! They truly are the best of the best and if you join their monthly memberships their pricing is amazing.

Lindsey and Michelle at Elase in American Fork are wonderful! They walked me through everything they were doing prior to and during my treatment. They even checked in a few days after my appointment to make sure I was doing well and still happy with the work they had done, which I was! They were both so professional and did an amazing job. I’ve seen Michelle and Angelia for injections and was impressed with both of them. I’m very specific with my injections and they listened to my concerns, wants and answered my questions. My skin definitely looks better now than before I started going to Elase.

I love coming here! Leslie is so sweet and welcoming. I come for LHR and I love all the staff and technicians Kate did an amazing job last time I was here. I would get the numbing cream and apply it specially where hair is thicker. That just makes the experience so much better and just know it gets easier every time. I love that I don’t have to worry about shaving anymore and I have only had a few treatments. Totally worth it!

I have been going to Elase American Fork for about a year now and I’ve only had amazing experiences. My skin has changed dramatically (for the better!) I do my esthetic services with Cambria and she is the BEST! She knows exactly what my skin needs and I feel like I’m visiting a friend when I come see her. I love going to Elase to get my hair removal treatment. When I first started they Clearly explained how the treatment was going to go, things I could do to prepare for it, and satisfactory answered all the payment questions I had. They are pretty good at accommodating my schedule needs and work with me when I need to cancel or postpone a session. They send me reminders before every sessions I have, and that is just what I need. The spa is spotless and is a very nice environment. They have great promotions going on usually every month. I 100% recommend this spa.

I have never left a less than great review for anyone or any business. However, I was not happy with my latest experience with Elase in American Fork. The lady I did my consultation with was wonderful. She was so nice and answered all my questions. We discussed laser hair removal for my chin, upper lip, and a few inches out on my jawline, and an inch down under my chin. She told me the total price of treatment would be $375 and I paid it to book my treatments. My first technician was very nice and covered the areas that I had discussed with the consultant. Everything was great! A month later, I had a different technician. She treated my chin and upper lip. I explained to her that I also needed my jawline treated a few inches out from my chin and a little bit under. She said that she could not do that and it would be considered another "small area". I told her the previous technician treated it, but she still would not treat the area until I paid another $375. I wasn't happy about it, but felt like I didn't really have a choice if I wanted that area treated and I didn't want to go to another place because I had already paid up front to book all my treatments. So we walked out front so I could pay. I asked if there were any notes from my consultation and she said that is just the way it is. I mentioned I was frustrated by the situation but there was no comment. I just don't think it is fair that I was told a certain price and then asked two treatments in to pay double. Had I known, I might have looked around at other places a bit more.

I had a great experience getting my hydra facial from Gabi! She was so through and knowledgeable while she performed the procedure. I would 100% come back and recommend to a friend!

First time ever doing anything to my face! Lip filler has always been something I been wanting to do. I came in and had Natalie do my filler and they came out looking better than I could have ever imagined. I felt so comfortable making it just the most enjoyable experience.
