After having knee surgery, I was desperate to find a massage therapy place that will aid me in better recovery and to get a better range of motion. I'm so glad I found this place after much research! I'm a pretty paranoid patient when it comes to someone touching my knee after surgery so I was so lucky and privileged to have found Sarah, who is such a pleasure to work with. She really listens to your needs, concerns, and areas of the body where better circulation needs to improve. On first visits, she gave me a lymphatic massage which really opened up my body's circulatory system to just have better blood flow, specifically the injured area, the knee. According to their website, "This modality is designed to assist the draining of toxins through the lymphatic system, a complex network of vessels, tissues and organs. Proper lymphatic draining can result in better moods, clearer skin, improved circulation, and increased energy." I've had this massage performed by Sarah a handful of times now and it really helped my body overall to just move better and feel better from within. As she suggested, it's also good to get this message when seasons change. Dr. Bob Lindberg is also a good chiropractor who also performed gua sha on my leg/around the knee area too.

I have been a loyal client of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork since the company opened. The staff is friendly and concerned with helping each person receive a high quality massage. I’ve had massages with quite a few of their therapists and they are all excellent practitioners of the art and science of massage. They’re passionate about their profession and it shows in the levels of training and care they give patients. I highly recommend them.

I LOVE coming the TMB! I came in today barely able to walk without pain. After a 90 minute massage and chiropractic adjustment I am at least standing upright. I have a few more appointments to get things back where they need to be but am so thrilled to be upright and in less pain than I was before. All the staff are super friendly and helpful and their massage therapists give great feedback and information on what you can do to at home to help with these different pains. They are amazing and I would highly recommend! 10 out of 10!

This was my first time going to Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork. They are so professional and nice! It was so cute and clean! Hannah was amazing! I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed. I have already booked to go back! I’m glad I found my new favorite place to go!

I had a great experience here! I did a 90 minute therapeutic massage and felt great afterward, I’ll probably do the two hour next time. The massage therapist, Donna, was so sweet and did amazing! We talked through where I was experiencing pain and soreness and she focused those areas. I look forward to going again!
