Frustrating experience at the new beans closer to my house. I will go back to the one on Bingham junction. The worker refused to take my gift card (purchased at beans and brew.com) because he’s been there five years, only seen them once or twice, and they “never work”. Then, he got both of my drinks wrong, a frozen caramel cielo instead of a frozen caramel latte and an iced caramel latte instead of an iced mr. B’s. Photo is of the “mr. b’s.”

The food and drink here is good. I gave five stars for atmosphere but it's a typical coffee house. Kind of hard to mess that up. I only gave four stars on service because this place is hit and miss. Mostly it's a hit but every once in a while there's a miss. Can't give a perfect score.

My previous review was deleted somehow. I came through a few months ago. I go to beans every single day, the one on fort union by my work, i was by this one and stopped. I waited at the order sign for 10 minutes, they never took my order so I came to the window only to have the worker tell me im stupid holding up their line. I heard 2 of your baristas making racist comments about me and telling the other team members I made you lose customers by having to order at the window because they were ignoring me. Please fix your discrimination and don’t blame your paying and tipping customers for a problem that you could’ve resolved.

Pretty disappointed by the service at this shop. Came on 5/23/23 to host some interviews for about 3 hours. Didn’t order anything. I hosted interviews right up until close, and I felt bad. Planned on giving the girls a $20 tip to appreciate them for letting me hold my interviews here, but the girls at closing intentionally ignored me when I came to the counter. After waiting a few minutes, I walked away and they said thank you as I was leaving. Very disappointed. Also very weird but the bathrooms were locked all three hours I was there? Maybe employees are keeping them locked to avoid cleaning them? Very odd and saddened by this experience.

I love coffee, but this is possibly the worst coffee I have ever had. Ordered an almond milk latte, took them 30 minutes to make it. Tasted burned and bitter. My Son’s tigers blood energy drink was a light pink, slightly flavored water. The croissant sandwiches were smooshed, and slightly burned. Sadness all the way around.

Great coffee, like all other Beans! I had a weird experience (2x) where I went through the drive through and sat at the ordering speaker for 5 minutes... Ended up backing up and going inside both times. It may have been an issue with the technology/camera, but my coffee was still great!!

I come to this location every morning before work and they’re usually very friendly. I happened to come here on a Saturday evening and the girl that helped me was very snappy. I heard her sigh after I ordered a coffee cake because she said the ovens were already off. When she took my payment, she literally snatched my credit card out of my hand and rolled her eyes. Gave me the items I ordered and quickly shut and locked her window. That’s horrible customer service. Sorry I came right before you closed. Didn’t think it would be an inconvenience.

Took 20 minutes in the drive thru to get our order. When we got to the window we heard an employee say “it’s not our fault people order food.” I don’t understand why they didn’t pull this person around to the front of the store if it was going to be such a long wait. There were 3 employees and it shouldn’t have taken 20 minutes for 2 drinks.

First time in here, and I was quite impressed. The girl at the counter was great, and got mine and my friend's orders done super quick. Our food and drinks were fantastic, too.

First time at this Beans and Brew. It’s a franchise so coffee is the same as the others. Always good. Has a very upscale feel. Super clean location is kind of a pain to get too. Maps says it’s on state but you have to turn at the light go down a bit and around back. Other than that it’s a really nice place.

I was the only one in the drive-thru this morning, I only saw one customer inside. I ordered a large DECAF iced coffee. I haven't had caffeine in a long time but was craving the taste. The employee said they couldn't do a decaf iced but could do an Americano. I agreed. Not only did it take 10 minutes +, but they gave me a large iced coffee. I asked to make sure it was decaf, they said yes. I got to work and had a few sips and now I am feeling awful... Guess I will continue to stay away from coffee shops.

Slowest beans and brews in the city. 10 minutes in the drive through, by the time I got to the window, paid and got my drink they started to make my sandwich without gloves on.

I ordered a hot chai latte via drive thru, when i reached my destination and took a sip it was coffee. No idea how that got messed up but was very disappointed. Thought i should give them a 2nd chance but same thing happened again, ordered a chai and got a coffee again!!!! I’ll never go back there.

They are always great but the past three times I have received my coffee in a white cup and these cups always leak all over my car! Nix the white cups pls (I will give 5 stars for all of their festive drawings on the cups tho)
