Oh my hell!! Probably one of the top 5 best burgers I’ve ever had in my 34 years of existence. Get the Paniolo burger-it’s to die for!!! I won’t be having burgers anywhere else in Utah.

I have never eaten here before but I had seen it and saw that it was connected to the Provo Beach resort so I never really paid any attention, but they have DELICIOUS hamburgers! If you’re in the mood for a good burger and fries combo this is a great stop.

The food was good, smaller selection but it was unique. The vibe of the restaurant is very modern and trendy, especially with the No Cash register, which was disappointing The food came out really fast and the pricing was great. We got the Spencer Burger and the Paniolo fries

We tried this for the first time last Friday. We loved it! We tried the Spencer, Shem & the one with teriyaki sauce. They were all amazing! My personal favorites were the Spencer, which had just enough spice & the onion ring adds the perfect touch! Then, the Hawaiian one with the teriyaki sauce was amazing too. All of them a little messy but very tasty! I’d suggest getting them cut in half. We made it a combo & loved their “special” fries w/ fry sauce! Very yummy! The only thing that can be a little frustrating is it does take time to get your food. We were in a group of 6 and there were not a ton of people ahead of us. It took about 30 minutes to get our food…so just plan accordingly cuz it is worth it! Also, just a heads up 6 combo meals plus tip was $97.

Good burgers, yummy options. The fries are a fun twist and are pretty tasty. Enjoyed the paniolo and crazy fries. The buns are soft and fresh. Would go back.

At first I was skeptical because there are a lot of burger places out there that sell expensive burgers that are just okay. Luckily, this place lives up to its prices. The burger was REALLY GOOD. The fries were good, the burger had so much flavor. It was a little messy to eat, that's how you know it's a good burger. Overall, I'll definitely be coming back here sometime to try some of the other burgers

This gorgeous Paniolo burger is sitting like a BRICK in the bottom of my stomach right now. The last time I had 7 Brothers was when my family was visiting my grandma in Hawaii almost 6 years ago, so I was thrilled to see the location here in Utah. It did not disappoint. The food was phenomenal

We enjoyed our burgers and they even offer a protein style option (no bun). The fries were different than I expected but very good. If you’re looking for a quiet place definitely don’t go here during peak hours, plus part of the tables be literally in Provo Beach added to the noise quite a bit.

I was not a fan of Seven Brothers Burgers but the group I was with loved it. The fries are more like potato chips. If you love potato chips then you will love these. There is a bowling alley above the restaurant and an arcade on the side so it is really loud. The employees where nice.

We taste tested every burger in Provo and this place won hands down. We especially love their basic keiki cheeseburger. Flavors are on point. Someone said their fries are potato chips. They’re actually fresh potato slices fried and they’re amazing. 7 Bros has been our go-to place now for almost 2 years. Love their fried shrimp too! Restaurant manager Brigham Maready runs a great place. Can’t say enough good things about this place.

I am not the type of person who normally repeats orders (I like to try it all) but the coconut shrimp salad is so good that I get it every time I come here. The shrimp are literally massive and the salad is super filling. With a side of fries it’s the perfect meal. I’ve also enjoyed bites of their burgers and liked them as well.

Service was great, food was awesome. The buns are fantastic and the veggies were perfect. The patty is a bit thin, tasty, but tiny. I need to go back for a dbl and it would prob hit 5 stars no prob 🤙

After having gone to the 7 Brothers in Laie without my husband, I wanted to take him to 7 Brothers as we passed through Provo. It was quite good! We ordered the Paniola Burger, Deep Blue Burger and Paniola Fry. The Paniola Burger is definitely like the signature Burger there. It has big, fat, crispy onion rings, pineapple, American cheese, bacon, and their bbq sauce on it. It was definitely a tall, messy, somewhat difficult burger to eat—but it was quite good. I did, however, feel that since it was so tall with so much stuff, it seemed like it needed a little more sauce/moisture and flavor in some places. Overall, a pretty good burger though. I liked the Deep Blue Burger best for sure. Blue cheese burgers are kind of hit and miss for me, but I really enjoyed this one. The amount of crumbed blue cheese was just right paired with the Swiss cheese, bacon and all the sauces (house, BBQ and ranch). Perhaps having this saucy, flavorful burger next to the Paniola is what made that one feel too dry and not flavorful enough. The Paniola Fry was decent, though I liked it a lot better in Laie. Probably not fair to compare though. These are not traditional fries, but sliced potatoes fried with grilled pineapple, bacon, caramelized onions, melted cheese, BBQ sauce and a couple of onion rings. I think what I felt was missing is that there was very little crispness to the fries—they were mostly like cooked potatoes topped with those other things—and all of the flavors didn’t meld as well as they did when I got them in Hawaii. Still quite good, but I would especially have appreciated it if they were more crispy, perhaps even thinner cut potatoes. One thing that was not a plus was that the ice machine was not working. Definitely not a point in their favor on a hot summer day, but I know it happens. Also, just want to mention that they only have one single user bathroom for everyone. It does have a changing table, which is nice, but it could be tricky to use the restroom when needed when the restaurant gets busy. The service was good. They were kind and helpful and the food came out pretty quickly. Probably only waited 10 minutes. Overall, a good experience. I’d probably come again when in the mood.

Delicious food and great portions. I grabbed a Spencer burger with fries and a drink. Burger is huge! Tons of fries and they were seasoned nicely. Giving atmosphere 4 stars as someone had their dog (wasn’t a service dog) in the restaurant which is a health code violation and none of the employees said anything.

Good place to get a burger, whether on a date or with kids. I've like every burger I've tried here. The fries are very salty, so I suggest sharing with someone, but the caramelized onion fries are very good fresh. We enjoyed the live music, very talented. We were not particularly impressed with the shake, and it is usually pretty busy as it is a popular place.

I haven’t been for a while but I was blown away with the customer service. I knew the food would be great and it was- but the service took the cake! The girl who took ym order acted like she was the owner and I was her most favorite customer! Wow thank you! Our food was at our table faster than it took me to sit down with drinks! The kids meals were first which was wonderful too! Then another girl came by to check on our meal and take any trash and that was impressive! Then a second came to take trash and brought me a to go box! So helpful as my hands were full and it made my job so much easier! I came at a busy time too! So impressed! Thank you I haven’t seen this kind of service since Before Covid times🤪 Glad they made it kid friendly and mom friendly! It was me and 4 kids and we loved it!

Love the decor and vibe. Such a fun place to eat. Super fast friendly service! Amazing food. Everything I have tried here is tasty! A guy even gave me a second salad dressing cup when I asked for it. I would recommend to anyone needing a little satisfaction in their life. THANKS, Seven Bros!

Seven Brothers burgers are by far one of the best I’ve had. The cowboy burger is my favorite. I’ve been to the location on Oahu north shore, many times, where I was first introduced to them. The location in Provo Utah does not disappoint. The only thing missing is the ocean next to the restaurant. The coconut shrimp are the bomb. My wife loves them. 5 star ⭐️

I’m so sad, I love this place so much. I make my work go there for lunch very often. So far it’s been great, until today :( I opened my box and I saw mold on my bun My only other suggestion is that the crazy fries don’t come with enough sauce either

Mediocre burger. It was bland, soggy, unevenly seasoned (if seasoned at all), and too chewy. Maybe that's the bite they are going for, but it didn't quite hit right. Onion ring had too much oil in the breading and added to the bland of the burger. Service was great and fries were the best part.

I'm obsessed with this place. My only 2 complaints are that it was very messy and we had to clean off our own table, and the pineapple in our burgers had zero flavor. It would have made it taste so much better. But I'm certain it's not like this every time. The fries though? Perfection. Love the vibe of this place and will definitely be returning!

A really good burger. I would go here again! I got the Shem burger, friend got Deep Bleu burger. Both were excellent. Service was quick. Staff was friendly. Prices were moderate. $31 for two burgers, fries, and a drink. [edited- price misunderstand on my part.] Went back for a second visit, and it was just as good.

This joint is awesome! Kimball, is the best server I've ever had! He is extremely helpful, very friendly and very down-to-earth! Kid deserves a raise! The food is definitely next level! The burgers have a lot of flavor and they have a wide variety of unique choices. Would rate this place higher if I could, definitely recommend! 🤙👌
