I recognize that each customer experience at Paul Mitchell is different because this is a school and the stylists are always changing, but I always leave feeling like I got the best hair care. Each of my family members who have gotten haircuts here feel the same way. My mom actually schedules her hair cuts here when she visits from out of town! Can’t beat $14 for a wash, cut, and style!

Kennedy was amazing as usual! She’s not even out of school yet and she’s already this talented with vivid colors and cuts, can’t wait to see what color I get with her next time!!

I really enjoyed the cosmetologist student that did my hair. Her name is Katelyn. She really listened to me and was able to show me some different products that would help my hair be better. I am really happy with the service and what care was taken with my hair. She helped me to understand what products I can use to make the things better that I don’t like about my hair. I left there feeling so beautiful.

Very Very nice people, but they took too long to color my hair (almost 8 hours) I wanted light blonde and caramel, I only have caramel and a yellowy tone. I can't see the two colors and they are not very well diffused on the top.

Mary Workman was wonderful. She soaked my feet in warm soapy water. She did my pedicure gently and soothingly. We had a chance to talk. The polish we chose was lovely. It was an overall amazing time with her. Tami Fisher West Jordan

My hair was so dry and frizzy. Yesterday I got a deep conditioning on my hair. It was amazing and it came out so soft and healthy. Courtney Q.did an amazing job. She's very friendly and knowledgeable about what to do my hair and the products she was using. I was so satisfied that I booked my next appointment.

I had a scalp massage done & expected it to be super relaxing. I have a lot of hair & my head is really sensitive. The two girls who brushed & blew dry my hair were really rough & didn’t ask any questions or check in on me. Overall, they weren’t very friendly. I did however think the salon was very nice & clean. I also loved the price of the scalp treatment. For a wash, massage, blow dry, & style, it’s a great price! I would love to go back (:

I had a pedicure at this school. The school is clean and welcoming. Syreese did a fantastic job. Her talent at nail art is amazing!

I love coming to Paul Mitchell, the school, Provo. The students in the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I am confident in their abilities and love the vibrant atmosphere. Got a beautiful wash and cut. The only downside is when it is past 2 o’clock the sun shines in the window And it gets a little too hot sometimes. Some blinds would be good.

Had my nails done by Bobby kay, I absolutely love them and they are perfect. I will continue to come back. The staff was fantastic and so fun to be around.

They were so inviting and such a nice clean environment. My technician, Bobby Kay, was so polite and very educated in her field. She made me feel like I have known her for years. I have gotten pedicures in the past but after this first visit. I will go to Bobby Kay each and every time.

Bobby Bartlett was my nail tech today and she was the best I’ve ever had! She’s so good at what she does and super professional. I will definitely be going to her more!

My daughter and I got trims with a wash and style. Both students and the instructors were very thoughtful and listened to what we wanted. They were good about asking clarifying questions. We had a wonderful experience!
