Great local coffee shop in south Ogden , if your looking for something different than Starbucks this your place! Only tried the coffee but will be back for the bakery items :)

This is a lovely little coffee shop that sells yummy extras. Breakfast sandwiches, breakfast scramble, bakery items, and great Ibis coffee.

I love how quiet this shop is. Perfect for hanging out with a friend.the coffee is always consistent and good. I really like some of the toasts they have and the bran muffins are great. The foods in the deli case are unattractive and often burnt though… other than that only positives

The staff was kind and helpful. The service was quick. The espresso, in my opinion, is too light of a flavor and even a small double latte tasted only of milk. There were quite a few dirty tables during my visit, so I felt limited in my seating options.

Good food and service; ordered quiche; recommend this place for breakfast.

I love Kaffe Mercantile! The raspberry turnovers are the best things I’ve ever eaten and the coffee is always delicious! This place will always have a sweet spot in my heart 💛

The cinnamon roll was quite tasty! Decaf Americano was too strong and had that muddy taste to it, maybe they put two shots in the small size? Would I go back? YES!

How have I never been in before? I’ve driven past a million times! They have so many flavors and seasonal specials. They also have a reward punch pass! I got the pistachio cold foam latte. Yummmm!!!

Cool little spot, every now and then come in for a coffee and some hot food. It's a little pricey but it's a small business with good vibes, worth the few extra bucks. Awesome view in the back if you want to stay and stair at the mountains.

The area that it’s in is difficult to find if your not using gps or just not familiar with Ogden. Place was super welcoming and smelled great I ordered the quiche bacon and a seasonal drink. Coffee was amazing just the right amount of ingredients not to strong everything was well balanced and the atmosphere in there was really good vibes loved it. It was early in the morning so I’m sure it would have been better in the afternoon.

Doesn't have the same vibe as the 26th street location. But if it's in your area, definitely opt for this place over the "big names". Clean, comfortable, decent amount of seating. I haven't gotten food at this location, but I'd assume it's just as good as their other locale. Staff is always friendly and quick. No drive through, but it's worth popping in to get your drink to go. Browse the art and other handmades and you'll be out of there in no time.

I recently visited Kaffe Mercantile and had a mixed experience. While the atmosphere was pleasant, I encountered some issues that left me less than satisfied. Firstly, there was a noticeable discrepancy between the prices listed on the board and what I was charged. This bait-and-switch tactic was disappointing and left me feeling misled. Although they had a sign informing this I can’t help but wonder how much they are charging for basic items. Additionally, the customer service was lacking. When I asked a question about the coffee, the staff seemed uninformed and uninterested in helping. This lack of knowledge and effort deterred me from seeking assistance with other inquiries. On the positive side, the food was decent, tasting, fine but not standing out as anything special. It needed something to tie it together like a specialty sauce. In summary, Kaffe Mercantile has a pleasant atmosphere, but potential customers should be cautious about pricing discrepancies and may not find the customer service up to par. The food is acceptable, but don’t expect anything extraordinary.

I gave 3 stars! They have this sign on every table stating you can text ahead of your in a rush! I’ve used this service three times and only 1x out of the three was my coffee ready. Today I tried The text ahead and I live in west haven and ordered it before I pulled Out of my drive way so it would be ready by the time I got There. It’s a 15 minute drive from west haven to SO. When I walked In there was two gals in the kitchen area gossiping. I let Then know I texted ahead. The one girl with blonde hair said “oh sorry sometimes our phone is slow, so we don’t always get a texr”. It’s a iPhone so it states when it’s delivered. So, I didn’t push I let It go. But given the 1x out of 3 my coffee was ready is kinda ridiculous. I feel If you offer this perc then maybe staff should pay more attention to their duties than talking in the kitchen.

Always a great experience here! Delicious drinks (hot or cold) and the turnovers are to die for ! The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended! And they have some unique swag items. ♥️

Cozy little spot to catch a reprieve of every day stress, the furniture is "grandparent worn" as in; its really nice stuff that's got a familiarity to it you'd find comfort in like if you got to spend the night at your grandparents and they never put plastic on the couch so it's comfy & smooth. Drink menu is varied & typical of a coffee shop - pistachio matcha is my fave.

Delicious coffee! Ordered pick up from this location and was only inside for a short amount of time, but it has a quaint and cozy feel. I could see this being the perfect spot to sit around and read a book or get some work done in a quiet environment.

I thoroughly enjoyed the dirty chai and a scrumptious breakfast sandwich. Not only was the food delicious, but the prices were also exceptionally reasonable. The staff members were friendly and nice.

Went in today to get a large bag of coffee, a breakfast Sandwich, and a large cup of coffee. My bill was 48 and was told I couldn't use a $100 bill to pay my bill that they can't accept a $100 bill. When was it okay to not accept American currency? Very disappointed Rather than break a $100 bill. They lost out on $50 worth of business and I will never be back.

1 tea, 1 breve, and 1 latte with a bit of food. Everything was delicious and the price was amazing. Can't forget to mention the lovely people at the front. Very nice.

Fast service and everything was very reasonably priced. We had never been before so we tried multiple things. It was all fresh and delicious. We also enjoyed looking at all the local artwork in the place.

This place is like a book. A hardback book sitting on an antiqued sidetable alongside a cellphone charger that is fully functioning, but not the type you are looking for. The book is a good one... not one you want to read right now, but your niece has a Czech friend, who showed great promise in the Prague ballet until the middle toe on her left foot filled with blood and exploded in the middle of the final performance of Swan Lake last season. She would love the book.

Nice local store. Wide selection of foods and drink. Ordered a shot in the dark not knowing what it was and got my head blown off.

I got a SF pumpkin cold brew and the quiche and it was absolutely delicious! The barista really helped me with options and suggestions and they were super friendly and nice! Highly recommend!

I love this place, the coffee is good, the food could be better but it’s a coffee shop so…. But I really wish they would play better music. Many come here to study and work and it is so discrediting with the LOUD and a noxious music choices. Play something soft or instrumental so we can relax and focus.

This cute coffee shop is a balm for the tired soul. Its everything big coffee companies reach for but never quite grasp. My partner and I ordered a latte, hot cocoa, the breakfast scramble, and a scone - everything was delicious and made to perfection. We enjoyed our drinks on the soft couches with the perfect coffee shop vibe. Works from local artists contribute to the relaxing and comforting vibe. Paintings and handmade coffee tables make Kaffe Mercantile a place you'd feel right at home catching up with a friend or taking a date to. The best part about this place though is the customer service. The baristas were incredibly friendly, and during the time we were here, we overheard friendly welcomes, recognition of returning customers by name, and confident drink recommendations. Even though this coffee shop is 30 minutes away from our home and there's a big name coffee shop closer, we'll be coming back here again and again.

The coffee was exceptional. The blueberry waffle latte was delicious. My wife is celiac and got their toast and said it was the best avocado toast she’s ever had. The gluten free and regular coffee cake were amazing. Cute little spot with great views and nice decor. We’ve found our new weekend morning date spot

It was my first time here yesterday and I'm so glad I finally checked it out! I can already tell it'a going to be new favorite coffee spot on the way to school. My latte was strong and well balanced with breve. Great service up front. Charming and cute atmosphere. Awesome merch. I'll be back for sure! Thanks for the friendly and inviting space!

Great staff that remembers your name and order after 1 or 2 visits. The coffee is great and food is made fresh (vs. frozen mass produced big name chains). Highly recommended.
