Such a cute little place with the sweetest staff! The donuts are so delicious and I love that they make them to order and you can even build your own. It instantly became my favorite donut place in Utah!

Not going to lie I had higher expectations with the reviews I saw. I'm pretty practical and this is Donut Stop number 68 across the country... I enjoy checking donut places out that aren't your run-of-the-mill franchises. I base my review off of 5 basic criteria, flavor of the bread itself, frosting richness, aftertaste, if they mastered a basic maple bar and cost. The bread alone tastes okay I guess. I guess that they are going for more of a biscuit/cronut texture and taste. Basically just like Duck Donuts only crispy. It tastes like a box of old fashioned donuts from a grocer covered with decent frosting. They have a rich frosting which helps but the donut is a cheap, odd-flavored scone I think would be better served alone with BBQ like cornbread. It just doesn't hit the mark. Not by a long shot. Cost was not horrible but not worth what I tasted. Ended up throwing away 3 of the 4 I bought. To the owners: if you're ever in Richmond, VA, stop off in Petersburg outside of town, visit Beaunuts. The texture, flavor and crisp donut you're aiming for is an art form there. Give it a try and see why I have a hard time with yours.

Stopped by to get donuts for my job this morning. The gentleman upfront greeted us as soon as we stepped in. He walked us through how to create our own donut and showed us the variety they had. The smell when you walk in was so amazing I felt like I could stay in for hours. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. The atmosphere here is so gentle. The donuts themselves taste out of this universe. They’re so pretty it’s difficult to choose which one to eat (if you even want to eat it because how pretty they are.) There is no doubt in my mind that I will be back as well as tell everyone I know to stop by.

Such a fun experience. We realized we got to pick our own toppings and glaze, etc! They were fast and super friendly. The store had a nice, cozy seating area (felt more like a tea shop than uncomfortable plastic benches at fast food places) and even a cute kids table and blanket in the corner with stuffed animals. We will definitely be back!

I went today for my first time & Paul, the owner, made the entire experience great! He was very kind & literally has the best donuts! Anytime we’re craving donuts, we’re going here.

I don’t even know where to start.. our experience at Mountain Donuts was beyond exceptional! From the amazing smell when you walk in to the outstanding customer service you get from not only the employees but from the owners themselves just blew us away! They were so welcoming and so sweet to our daughter. They let her create her own fairy donut from scratch choosing the colors of everything and she was OBSESSED with the outcome!! The choices are endless and the outcome is always the same, perfect, delicious and beautiful every time! Our family will be back and we can't wait!!💕🍩

We got the French Toast and the Paulie, and they were delicious!!! The service was great and the lady was very kind and complimentary! Definitely coming back again! Much better than Krispy Kreme in riverdale.

If you are looking for someone to cater donuts to your wedding, look no further! Kris and her team worked with my husband and I to bring the best tasting and best looking donuts to our wedding! We had so many compliments on our refreshments at the wedding and the leftovers were also so delicious! Kris also communicated with us clearly about prices and was extremely helpful with my questions and flexible with pickup. Thank you to everyone who worked so hard on our order for our wedding!

Best donuts around. The owners and the staff are so personable and friendly, the entire experience from sight, to pallet, to conversation makes you want to come back for more. The donuts are so good we started calling them crack donuts because once you have one, that’s it, you’re going back for more!

Based on customer service alone, I would be back to this place. Picked up a catering order for a wedding and was not disappointed in the donuts. One of the owners greeted me when I walked in and was the nicest person. The rest of the staff were equally as nice. Worth the drive for me from salt lake. Thanks again!

The donuts were so nice, we had em twice! The owners were so helpful the moment we walked through the door. They went through the explaining how their process works (build your own, or pick & chose) the donuts were so fresh and tasty. (I highly recommend the raspberry) We went on the day we left town and the owner remembered us from our visit earlier in the week. We had previously stated that we were on our honeymoon and he threw in an extra donut for free. They even gave us their recommendations for food and sight seeing around the area. Such a great store ran by great people. Get your donuts here! I’m only leaving 5-stars because I can’t leave 6!

I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience! I walked in and the owner was there immediately to explain the ordering process to me. He was extremely friendly and even let me sample a donut before ordering. The assortment of donuts I got was amazing. I will recommend this donut shop to everyone from now on!

I bought some gift cards on Black Friday and stopped by to pick them up yesterday. I decided while I was there to get one donut for me and one for my son. They decorate them when you order and they taste great!

This is a nice little donut shop who specializes in cake donuts. The donuts are a well balanced mix of light and fluffy without the guilt. Customer service is fast and friendly. This place has a very calm and home like mood. The coffee is also good. The price is more on the pricey end but worth it. I highly recommend this place and will be a returning customer! :)

Excellent donuts, really cute store, employees were very helpful and patient while we decided on our order (so many options). And they even have gluten free donuts! I almost cried.. 😂. It has been years since I've had a donut. We'll definitely be back.
