Firstly,
I
wanted
to
thank
all
of
the
amazing
coaches
that
I
have
had
the
pleasure
of
working
with:
Kim,
Whitney,
Taylor,
and
Cori.
I
have
never
in
my
life
have
felt
more
comfortable
at
a
gym.
The
coaches
really
stride
on
making
a
gym
that
not
only
empowers
you,
but
makes
you
see
real
results.
I'd
like
a
personal
experience,
They
have
a
challenge
called
the
'Iron50'
and
it's
a
challenge
where
you
really
have
to
pay
attention
to
what
you're
eating
and
make
sure
that
you
exercise
daily.
I
decided
to
do
it
at
the
beginning
of
September
(spoilers,
I
completed
it),
during
the
50
days,
my
father
passed
away
from
COVID-19.
This
was
probably
one
of
the
hardest
things
I
have
had
to
deal
with.
The
day
after
my
dad
died
I
was
at
the
gym
--
not
because
it
was
a
destructive
'let
me
get
exercise
the
pain
away'
situation,
but
because
it
was
a
place
that
gave
me
stability.
The
iron50
also
helped
in
the
fact
that
I
had
to
keep
my
mind
on
other
things,
healthier
things.
The
coaches
went
out
of
their
way
and
gave
me
a
beautiful
card,
that
to
this
day,
I
have
not
been
able
to
read.
They
supported
me
in
so
many
ways
through
my
fathers
death
and
were
ultimately
the
reason
I
still
continued
on
and
completed
my
iron50
goal.
If
you're
wanting
to
go
to
a
gym
where
the
coaches
really
care
about
YOU.
I
definitely
recommend
Iron
Allies
Fitness.
I've
attached
before
and
after
photos
of
myself,
I
am
not
at
my
goal
yet,
but
you
can
really
see
the
difference.
