One of my favorite places to frequent. The State Room is intimate and has great sound. I have see hundreds of shows here and have loved every experience here. The drinks are affordable and there's water available for free! Friendly, helpful staff and clean bathrooms also make it a comfortable spot to see some good live music. * Pic is of Joseph- 2022

I come here around once every two months to see some acts. This is one of my favorite places to watch a concert because it is small enough to actually see the performers and maybe interact with them if that's your thing. I go alone now and it is very safe. I don't think they have food but they do have drinks if you want to drink. They also have cushioned seats if you prefer to sit down and clean bathrooms. The tickets are cheap at around $25. I definitely recommend this place for concerts. I have seen some good acts here and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

We went and saw Brett Dennen. I was really impressed with the theater! Stadium seating, with a large place to stand right near the stage. Super intimate feel, not too small and not too big. Heads up that it is $1 to have them hang your coat. Lots of alcoholic drink options, but I would love to see more non alcoholic options. Water is free. I would definitely go again!

Perfect concert venue. The sound is great. Drinks are reasonably priced. Might have to stand during the concert if you come later. We arrived 45 minutes early and got good seats.

Went to a concert last night. So fun! The venue was small enough to feel like you were right there with the band, but big enough to be a full-scale production. I got to meet the venue staff, and they’re professional and welcoming. Great venue, and managed very well. Thank you!

I saw the progressive rock band Riverside here last year and apart from the amazing show, everything went great. A great experience overall.

#TheStateRoom is a Great venue to see performance or have an event. The venue allows for about 300 people, which is a nice intimate size. The stage is high enough to allow for a good view from the seats located behind an open floor. The open Floor allows for dancing and getting close to the performers on stage. I loved dancing right in front of the stage. The seating area has a differently able area in front which shows it’s not an after thought. The bar has great local beverages and many cocktails. The Bar also includes non alcoholic drinks too. We parked next to the venue which was very convenient. The venue has a great sound system and wonderful lighting. Saw #HalluciNation formerly named #ATribeCalledRed there. I’m sad Google doesn’t allow for the videos to share the music that I experienced. I’d be very happy to see more shows at The State Room.

This venue is incredible. Such an intimate setting, making it even more magical to be so close to your favourite artists/bands. We saw Foy Vance and Bonnie Bishop here and it was truly an unforgettable evening. 10/10 recommend. We also love the fact that the alcohol they had in the bar was from local distilleries/breweries! Great way to partner up and support your local businesses!

I went here to see one of my favorite bands.. Most of the staff was kind but there was one man who was extremely rude and pushy!!! He got upset because I put my jacket on the counter for half a second... clearly many other people had suff on the same counter. He walked all the way across the room just to get upset with me passing at least 8 other people....pretty upsetting

The Stateroom is my favorite music venue in Salt Lake County! You can stand or sit, depending on the show or how you feel. Two bars means short wait times, clean bathrooms, live video streaming of the concert in the lobby, FABULOUS sound! Always a good show.

Favorite venue in Salt Lake! They don’t have any food and their drink selection is mediocre, but I really like the seats in the auditorium. You have the option to sit or stand which is great based upon the type of show. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly.

Not sure who the artist is, but this fun mural has an active-feeling to it—from the composition to the way the audience is grey silhouettes and the performers are detailed and brightly colored.

Great little place. Not a bad seat in the house. Seats are small, they have benches, not sure if they have more leg room then the seats.

This is one of the better venues in Salt Lake city. Plenty of room with two bars (one downstairs one upstairs) and the dance floor is just big enough to get you up front with your favorite artists. Support your local music venues!

Awesome venue for live music in an intimate setting. Fully stocked bar with good beers on draft, clean restrooms. I like that there's a combination of standing and sitting options. Entry was quick and easy with vaccine card, photo ID, and QR code tickets.

One of my favorite concert venues. I love the smaller more intimate setting. There are places for people who want to stand and for people who want to sit. Just make sure to bring proof of vaccination we forgot ours and had to scramble to get them before the concert started.

Great acoustics, friendly staff, you can sit or stand. Unobstructed view of the stage. Fantastic place for a show. Watched Molly Tuttle, outstanding show. The trio put on a better show than I expected. They absolutely rip for a Bluegrass band. Supper fun night.

I'm here every week! Only because the owner is awesome the staff is freaking awesome, Oh yeah the booze is also awesome! And the music is pretty darn awesome too!!!! I DARE YOU NOT TO HAVE A GOOD TIME..... cause you can't.
