They are just awesome - no other words come to mind. Ken seems to have helped me so frequently but has got customer service down pat. Their cuts make my welding life SO much easier. I love these guys!

I had (years ago) a great experience with this place. Now? Not so much. Calling around for a simple plate/sheet that would cost me around 100$ at home Depot? Nearly 300 dollars here. Customer service can explain nothing. They have a hard enough time looking up an order or understanding other simple concepts. Absolute joke.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. The Salt Lake store is great, with great customer service and are super easy to work with. The online store is completely separate, and are extremely unhelpful. If you place orders online, it's a completely different system with different prices and different pickup timelines. Do yourself a favor and just call the local store and avoid ordering online.

People are nice enough and received material within half a day. Prices are expensive, no return policy if they cut the material and cosmetic quality of material was not good. Compared to other suppliers I think they are below average.

Incredible place! It's so hard to find metal in Southern Utah, so while I was up here I found everything I needed for a fraction of the price of ACE or anywhere else. The guy could have charged me $150, but suggested I go next door to their remnant shop and I found everything I needed for less than half the price. Then I decided I didn't like one of my pieces, so the cashier let me trade it out for a piece of metal I liked better. I will definitely be back if I need more metal. Excellent prices, selection, speed, customer service and organization of the metal pieces. If you need metal: GO HERE! You won't be disappointed!

They have ramnents area where you can find small tubes, sheets, panels and pipes etc. for you diverse small projects. Prices are reasonable.

This place is extremely overpriced. They're at least 20 to 30%. More expensive than anywhere in town. They're run around. They don't have anything in specialty. It's such a pain to get a quote. Got to give him all your personal information. Your date of birth. They're probably like 40 to 50% more expensive. You just buy it online. Even paying shipping, especially the aluminum. You definitely get it. Way cheaper online. I try to buy local but just can't accept the high prices and run around
