SO SCARY!! SUCH AN AMAZING HAUNTED HOUSE! I am 18 years old, and I was looking to get scared and go through an actual scary haunted house, and this did it! It scared me GOOD!! HAHAHA, so fun! So scary! If you want to have an amazing time and get genuinely scared, go through this haunted house!! PLEASE GO TO THIS PLACE! Ugh, I wish I could get everyone to go here who truly wants to get scared because it was scary and SO FUNNN!!! SO FUNN!! Thank you guys for putting this on and making a truly scary and amazing haunted house! We did level 4 btw, and are wanting to go back and do 5!!! Crazy crazy!!

BEST HAUNTED HOUSE EVER!! Level 4 and I will be coming back for level 5. Best experience ever, had the most fun! I have been to every single haunted house in Utah and NONE of them came close. The actors were amazing, the scenery was phenomenal, best use of props ever. I had the pleasure to talk with so many staff members and the casting director after going through, they are so awesome! So much thought and effort is put into it! If you think you’ve been to the best haunted house, no you haven’t. CASTLE OF CHAOS I LOVE YOU!!!

Not the most convenient location, but still worth it. My friends and I were the first ones in line at 7:30, when they opened, so we got to experience the actors first scares of the night, and it was awesome. Hopefully I entertained them with just how scared I got. But it was really awesome. If you don't do well in small spaces, however, there is a tunnel we had to crawl through that only gave me minor anxiety, haha. Also if you struggle with strobe lights and fog machines... Well probably haunted houses aren't for you, let's be real.

We did level 2 where the monsters do not touch you. The sets and cast were really good. Scary and fun! I recommend it. It is a little bit physical, like crawling through a tunnel on your hands and knees. You go through a sort of birth canal thing too so be aware if you are somewhat claustrophobic. Cool strobe lights, fog, noises, and other creepy stuff. Overall really fun and well done. We had a blast

Devin was a super good host! She kept us on our toes the entire time and gave us extra time to finish up!

I went here a couple of weeks ago with my girlfriend and my cousin and her friend. It was our first time here for the escape rooms. Edith was so kind to explain the game and everything. She even told us about her experiences of the real haunted house. She is such a good employee. Which means we will definitely be returning

It was my first ever haunted house experience, and it was absolutely amazing. Actors were awesome and the sets were designed perfectly. The change in sensory and disorienting factor was cool, well planned and designed and fun. Overall, it was super fun and clever and got some good laughs. Would definitely go again!

I made it through level 5 last night and they did an amazing job! I have seriously never been more scared in my life. I'm legally blind and even though they got me really good they were also very professional and made sure I got where I needed to go. This was something I'll probably never forget and I definitely want to go back again sometime. Thank you guys for giving me an experience no horror movie or game ever could.

I went on Tuesday the 24th i did level 4 and holy did I have fun!! Everybody gets so into character and makes sure you’re having a good time!! I went by myself so the actors definitely had fun separating me from random groups gets tossed from person to person and getting placed into different groups is just so amazing. Coming out of rooms with duck tape on my face and looking at a level two that came into the room with a shock on their face was so funny!! The 5 levels are amazing. Level 4 well recommended.. preparing myself for 5 🙈

This was my first ever haunted house... I LOVED IT! They left me with such a good experience. The staff is super good and their job and they didn't break character at all. The way it's all formed and the costumes, as well as the sets are expetional, I did level 2, but I'm sure I will be coming back for level 2 again, maybe... even level 3! My soul left my body, once again thank you for leaving me with positive experiences for haunted houses!! I'll be bringing some more friends/family and will for sure be coming back! Thank you!

My mom and I did serial killer escape room, and let me tell ya, it was AMAZING! The person working who helped us was Josie and she was perfection. When she had to explain us the rules she made it fun so we weren’t just dozing off not paying attention. Then when we were in the escape room she was AMAZING at giving us hints, they weren’t hard to decipher but also they weren’t so easy she was giving us the answer. She was also GREAT at playing along through the walkie talkie! She deserves a raise!

It doesn't look like much from the outside (during the Halloween season there are a couple of skellys standing menacingly on the roof), and there are some ok lighting effects and outside displays of creatures. But once you walk through the doors, and proceed to walk down...well, I have to say I was impressed. The atmosphere was dark and there were a couple of parts of the haunt that are etched into my memory - but I hate to reveal them, to let future visitors experience it for themselves. I will say one of them involved complete darkness, and requires a bit of physical agility. The other was a particular prop toward the end that was quite scary. When I come back in October I hope it's still there. This was the first visit for me (Oct 2022) and it was very good. Worth traveling out to Midvale to experience!

The entrance is a little odd but the interior prior to the escape room was fun and comfortable. We did the serial killer room and I don’t know if everything was setup or what but we got out in 30 mins! I don’t know but I paid additional for this room and I don’t know why. The host was good, but I would have like to see what we could do with the extra 30 min!

So much fun!!! The escape room was creative & had a variety of puzzles. Also We had a complicated schedule & Edith was fantastic helping schedule & they everything possible to help our group have a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend coming here with your family friends or work group!!

This was my first year going to Castle of Chaos, and I tried both level 4 and 5. I absolutely loved it! The actors were so into it and they were phenomenal! I had a completely different experience both times I went. My new favorite haunt for sure! I seriously cannot wait to try more of what they have in store! 😁

I went with my Fiancé and her boss and we had an absolute blast doing the asylum puzzle. I’d highly recommend Castle of Chaos to anyone interested in an immersive escape room experience. As a shout out to our host John for enhancing our thrill filled experience!!

I recently had the absolute honor of attending a special event at castle of chaos. I was SHOCKED at the absolute professionalism of the staff and facility. My emotions exploded into tears during one scene, these people truly know how the haunt world. The attention to detail in the scenes is some of the best in the country. At times I actually felt like reality had slipped away and I was PLUNGED int to the cold abyss of the ambiance they had created. The actors are extremely well trained and master of their craft. The doctor character almost felt too real, during the visit I could almost feel his scalpel piercing my side. The Butcher character's culinary skills appeared to be lacking which is a testament to total immersion this place creates. If I could give 100 stars I would. Best in class in all categories. All future trips to Utah will bring fond memories of Castle of Chaos, Excellent job!!!!!
