The swim instructors we have are amazing! We had initially had our kids doing swimming lessons at our local rec center. However, we wanted to invest more to see if it would make a difference and it did. The progress we have seen with our kids and the confidence they have now is impressive. We are so happy with this program and will continue to keep our kids in it. So worth it. I'd recommend the instructor Keith and his wife. They have taught our boys so much and my boys love going every week.

My kids took a year of swim classes at the local recreation center but lacked very basic swimming/floating skills and were very anxious around water. I decided to invest more money into a better swim program and boy am I glad I found The Swim Academy. My kids (5 and 7 yr olds) started lessons six months ago with Keith and their progression has blown my mind. Keith’s instruction transcends teaching kids to swim and float - he teaches kids how to remain calm in potentially life threatening situations. He is structured, firm, and extremely knowledgeable. My kids had a tough time during the first several lessons (crying/fits 😩) getting used to his style and the expectations. My kids adapted and are now flourishing. My kids are so excited to see Keith weekly. I’d highly recommend Keith. The skills my kids have learned will save their life.

I had a horrible experience. I notified them with my cancellation of classes and did not take any lessons for that month. With clear communication that I should not assume any charges for 0 classes taken they still charged my card on file for the entire month WITHOUT my authorization. So I needed to go through the bank dispute process. Their cancellation rules are harsh and not well communicated. Once your card is on file, they will charge it whatever they want disregarding any arguments. It’s not a trustworthy business.

I started my two young daughters (4 and 5) at the Swim Academy last year with Keith as their teacher. My goal was to get them pool safe and I couldn't believe how quickly they got there! Keith is an amazing teacher. He is strict when he needs to be and the kids love him. He seems to have really discovered a technique that works and the girls have made so much progress. I hope to get my 2 year old in lessons soon. Would highly recommend!

Such a great place for swimming lessons! Their individual attention and instruction to my children was amazing and my children learned so much. Very qualified instructors and the office staff was very easy to communicate and coordinate with. Highly recommend if you are looking for private or semi private swimming lessons!

I am super impressed. I swam competitively through High School at a high level (teammates went to Olympic Trials, I was always 2nd best :). Have competed in triathlons and open water swims since. I got my Red Cross WSI and other certifications to teach swimming. Coached high school and summer teams. All that to say I know swimming. The instructors at The Swim Academy are top notch and the system they've developed to bring even the most nervous child along in their development is amazing. These lessons aren't cheap but they are worth every penny. My girls are more confident in the water than ever and are on their way to being ready for swim team themselves.

We have had the best experience with the swim academy! My child entered the program with a complete fear of water and unwilling to leave the first step of the pool and left because he made the best comp swim team in the area! It has been life changing for him! We have loved the teachers and the teaching methods!

After a few rounds of rec center swim lessons, it was clear that our kids were going to need a different approach in order to become truly water safe. Que the Swim Academy. From the very first lesson it was clear that Jamie and her team had a process and formula for swimming that was designed to work for everyone, even the "sinkers!" They truly are masters of the water. (And so patient and brilliant in the way they teach.) My kids are not only water safe now, but they're proficient in actual swim strokes, how to breathe in lap swimming, and so much more. I never would have guessed it possible from my kids, but they're little fish now. Soo grateful we found The Swim Academy. High value!

My daughter had done semi-private lessons with a highly recommended teacher and in a few short lessons the teacher had her floating on her back. Then that teacher was no longer available so we switched to classes at the rec center and my daughter lost all the skills she had gained with the semi-private lessons. In a few short lessons The Swim Academy had my daughter not only back to where she had been but had even improved her skills. Very impressed with how quickly they are able to help kids improve their swimming.

My daughter and I have been in the "Mom & Tot" class since this spring. I have really enjoyed the small class size, and swimming in the private indoor pool. Each week the instructor has us practice different safety skills and really focus on creating good habits in and out of the pool. Keith our first instructor was a little more direct with his approach, while Stephanie adds fun time in between focused swim.

The Swim Academy is amazing! Our swim instructor is so patient and kind to us and has helped my sister and I improve tremendously in such a short amount of time! We have also witnessed our instructor work with PreK children, and the ability to transition from children and adult lessons is very impressive. The swim academy, in general, has been so great to work with, super understanding and helpful when we have had to change our schedules due to our busy college student lives. I would highly recommend the swim academy for both adult and children lessons!

We tried our daughter in multiple group swim lessons for 2 years and she barely made any progress. I read great reviews about the swim academy online so I decided to give it a try. I signed my daughter up for private lessons with Keith and it was amazing to watch how quickly she progressed. She has a hard time staying focused and Keith quickly honed in on that and tailored her lessons to help keep her attention and focus on swimming. He made it really fun and I felt like he utilized every minute of the lesson (didn't waste any of the time). At one point she got really nervous and regressed so Keith revised his lesson plan to help her overcome her hurdle and get back on track. We now have our second daughter in swim lessons with Jaime at the swim academy and have had a similar great experience. We would definitely recommend them!

I'm so thankful that the Swim Academy sign went up on a curb that I pass by daily. I only wish I had found them sooner. With young grandsons in town for the summer I really wanted to find some quality swim lessons so they could continue to progress and become closer to being safe in the water... "water proofed"! We have had a fabulous experience with everything from initial contact, getting signed up, clearly stated guidelines, navigating to the swimming pools and especially the teachers and the learning progression developed by the Swim Academy owners. I highly recommend the Swim Academy for effective, safe, and fun swim instruction. You are all the best! Thank you!

I’m so happy I found The Swim Academy. Everyone has been so nice and helpful. I’m really impressed how they break down complex movements into simple steps, making it easier for me to understand. My instructor Monica is so friendly, patient, and supportive, which makes all the difference in my learning journey as an adult. Her genuine love for the water and swimming is contagious. This instructor is a true gem, and I am grateful for the opportunity to learn from her.

Literally on lesson one, but I’m super impressed. After years of lessons elsewhere I feel like someone is actually seeing my kids faults and helping him strengthen them. We have some specific goals and they listen and care. The staff that set us up is also so helpful kind and informative.

My two kids go here, they are nearly perfect and confident in the water now. I love the pool and environment. Jamie always pays close attention and gives extra suggestions to students. I highly recommend swim academy.

My kids swam with this place for the summer! They loved it! Instructors are very nice. Thank you, Swim Academy!

Wow! Highly recommend. Stop doing the never ending joint lessons with the larger kids swim schools. The swim academy is a private individualized service and I saw results immediately. Reasonable costs and individualized lessons are key! Kids will learn much quicker and be much stronger swimmers. I highly recommend the Swim Academy. Loved the available indoor and outdoor locations as well.

After completing two months of summer swimming lessons for my 2.5 yr old, I can say that The Swim Academy delivered on all fronts! After being disappointed with the lack of personalization at Goldfish Swim School and the like, Brittany (management) took the time to listen to my preferences and answer my questions. She thoughtfully selected a teacher who would do well with my son’s personality and she was right on the money! Within two months, my son went from not even submerging his face to floating independently and swimming across the pool with very little assistance. After observing a few other teachers, I feel confident that The Swim Academy hires only the best and earnestly cares about the comfort and success of every swim student.

I have been so happy with our time at The Swim Academy. My son is a very anxious swimmer and both Monica and Jamie have been so patient with him. They understand how to teach children like him and have helped him at the pace that he has needed. Jamie also was so helpful in helping us find a swimming lesson time that would work with my busy schedule. I would happily recommend this company to anyone.

My son had been asking to learn to swim for years and at nine years old, I decided it was well overdue. I came across The Swim Academy by doing a search and reading reviews. We had done lessons here and there in the past, yet we saw little to no growth. We had a positive experience from inquiry to the first lesson, and throughout our entire time with The Swim Academy. Not only did my son learn valuable skills to remain safe in the water, he excelled so quickly and is now a really good swimmer. His instructor was positive and the methods being taught are highly effective. Not only does my son know how to swim, he has a newfound confidence. We were willing to travel a distance for lessons and will definitely be back for maintenance lessons. Our instructor, Keith, is amazing and we found all of the teachers to conduct themselves win the same professional manner. I will not be looking for anywhere else in the future.
