One of the best experiences that I have had with a retail store! Called about ordering a Big Green Egg for my hubby for Father's Day. They not only delivered it the same night but totally assembled it. Will definitely purchase from here again - thank you to the new owners and their family.

As soon as I came in I had an older gentleman help me out with finding some stuff for my project, I really didn't know exactly what I needed but he helped me find some wooden dowels that worked perfectly. Definitely coming back here for anything related.

After owning a Stihl chainsaw for approximately 50 years, I finally wore it out and had to shop for a new one, looked around to the different dealers and decided to go with this one as they were the closest ones that had a similar one in stock to the one I owned. Glad I went out of my way to deal with them. Looks like it is family owned and operated. After being in a family owned business my dad started in 1959, I can definitely attest to how hard they work. These people didn’t just treat me like a customer, they treated me like a friend. Spent time to make sure everything ran well, and to understand the new features this chainsaw has compared to the old one. I actually thought my old case would work, but found out it would not, so I could have found one at a closer place, but chose to drive out of my way to deal with Helms. Will go back again!

I recently visited the ACE hardware store and was blown away by the excellent customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly older gentleman who made me feel welcome and helped me find what I was looking for. Later, I needed some advice on choosing the right paint for a home project, and the girl at the paint counter was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. At checkout, the nice young man was quick and efficient, and even took the time to ask if I found everything I needed. Overall, my experience at the ACE hardware store was top-notch. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely interested in helping me find what I needed. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a great shopping experience.

You guys are amazing. My husband purchased a stihl chainsaw a while ago but when he went to use it today to prep for a job tomorrow.. it wasn’t working. Some panic set in after talking to stihl and they didn’t even trouble shoot they just said to get it to a dealer… My husband calls people-they don’t want to touch it- except for these guys. My husband cruises over.. turns out it’s just bad fuel 😂 However. The service he experienced was incredible. Very rarely do you go places that truly want to work alongside the community and their customers. These guys were there and ready to help. This is now our preferred ACE just off of this interaction alone. Sorry guys- you have customers for life now- Thank you for being there when we needed it!!

I will choose to come to the ACE Hardware over all others! The customer service is the absolute best! Right when I walked in I was greeted by a young man who walked me over to help me find what I needed. When we couldn’t find it he checked the online inventory. It was so refreshing to see such amazing customer service. You have won my business!

Good little store, hade what I needed at a good price.

I like this location because the staff is extremely proactive and helpful from the moment I walk in the door. This location is also Standard Plumbing Supply so they have a very good selection of irrigation equipment and parts with a knowledgeable staff to help.

The people at Helm’s Ace hardware went out of their way to find the toilet part I was looking and works great. Thanks to the person that located the part for me, she was great.

This store has the friendliest staff. I really enjoy visiting this store. Jim spent a long time talking products, cooking pizzas and the differences between eggs , trager and weber. I will return.

Website says a product is in stock to pick up. I go and you don't actually have it but you have an alternative option that's $9 more. You would think they price match per the inaccurate advertising which they saw but no. The girl at the counter said we can order it and it'll be here in 3 days, well I don't have the time so I went to Home Depot instead. I also needed IFA 4 step and a Sphagnum Peat Moss, would've given you guys $120+ today, I would have rather given Helms Ace Hardware my money but you guys lost out. All over $9 that you wouldn't match.

I ordered a wheelbarrow, wanted a sturdy one and assembled. The price was super competitive and it was delivered really. Just place another order because past experience was terrific!

I went to grab a paint roller sleeve before picking up some groceries next door. They were literally twice as much as the big box store. I am all about supporting local but twice as much, really?

What a bunch of horrible place selling empty propane tanks and their employees make up excuses also selling broken propane tanks after going through six propane tanks still insisted that it was full and it was not! This Ace Hardware store is useless and is being reported to the Better Business Bureau maybe then they can pull their heads out and get someone that knows what they are doing or close their doors for good!!!

The Worst customer service I've ever had from any retail store. The young blonde sales associate accused me of stealing when I showed her an item that I purchased from another store that only had one in stock, and needed another one. Had to go out to the car and bring in a receipt just to prove her wrong. Customer service 101: You don't ever assume someone is a thief if you didn't see them take it.
