Check your box before going home. Had 3 bad valves, had to return 3 times. Called before heading over, was placed on hold, drove over while on hold... To find out no one cares. Seems like this place is going to close up soon. Bad employees, no care at all... It shows.

Terrible customer service. When you go to the helpful hub, and ask a question maybe try and listen to the customer and help them! Isn’t that a new job description? I would not recommend going here! Well, unless you like wasting time. Take a little trip to Home Depot, which is right down the road will actually help you.

Need some venting for my heat system and tools to finsh up and they had it all, glad you stock more then just plumbing parts.

Today I got to the Ace looking for in line drip sprinklers. There were 3 Ace staff that I could see on the floor. 2 were cashiers, a Spanish lady in the main entrance, and an older man in plumbing. A man who told his customers he doesn't work on the floor, he works upstairs. It took me an hour to finally find what I needed and by then they were closing. I went to the plumbing cashier, and when he started ringing me up he said that the bag of 25 drip sprinklers were 71 cents for each one in the bag! I told him no they were all clearly marked $6.59 He said no they were $17 a bag. Told him to go look, they are marked just like the ones behind you on the rack, there were several there clearly priced.. He said he didn't have time it was time for him to go home. I said again the price on shelf we argued back and forth , finally I said ok take them back I don't want them. He then THREW my other items to the side and said he didn't have to help me and motioned me out of the store. I admit I was upset and said a few colorful metafores, in which he spewed them right back at me. .I have shopped several of your Ace stores, but everytime I come to the biggest one near me, the employees are very unpersonable. I worked in retail for 35 years befor retireing recently. This store is the WORST I have ever shopped. I will definitely go elsewhere. The old geezer in plumbing at this location needs to quit working with the public. I will be interested if the customer service changes at this location. Please call or write me on any concerns or questions. If I could give ZERO stars for this location i most definitely would! Please reply to this review. I would be interested in a responce.

Ace is definitely the place. Pulled into ACE minutes before closing with a flat tire. Grabbed my items and came out to work the tire. Jesse, from the store came out, said he used to work at a tire store and continued to remove the flat and put on the spare in record time. It is nice to know that some people realize that customer service extends beyond the boundaries of the front door. That small act of kindness has set up that store as my main go to store for everything. Thanks Jesse. Keep up the good work and give him a bonus. :)

The staff directed me to the part of the store I needed to go to find my items. They had a great sale. Check out was a breeze.

Good selection of a wide variety ranging from A-Z items, plus more than you would expect to find at a hardware store. Not the best pricing, but competitive. Well stocked and good management.

Great selection of products, especially nuts and bolts and all other types of fasteners that you can't find at home Depot or Lowe's. The staff is always super friendly and will help you find whatever you need.

Great service, the plumbing specialist found the outdoor spicket I needed along with a waterline adapter for my swamp cooler.

I went to Home Depot looking for a replacement part for my kitchen cabinet. They did not have it. One of the employees suggested that I go here. I am very grateful that I did because they had exactly what I needed. Thanks Ace. I will come see you again.

Ace has been my go to for a long time. They have so many parts that it's hard to find something they don't have. If you look around the store you'll find things that you weren't thinking of that you'll want. I found an excellent deal on a toolbox i couldn't pass up. Come here! It's worth your time!

Who closes this early? People are working through out the day and want to hardware store to go to after work.

Outstanding customer service. This is what I imagine when my dad told me stories about hardware store when he was kid. Employees actually treating people like people and not objects. Bronson helped me design a sprinkler manifold and answered all my questions about installing a sprinkler system. His patience made me feel like I could ask any questions. Even though I get a Military Discount at Lowes, I'll be shopping at this Standard for now on. Again, friendly staff and outstanding customer service. Please keep it up.

Super friendly and helpful staff! Was able to get extra car keys cut as well as found the studs for my car no one else had! Highly recommended!!

EVERY time I come here I am amazed at the variety and volume of the inventory they have IN STOCK. I was getting ready to bleed my brakes and just needed some length of clear tubing, and had planned on going to the auto parts stores after my visit to ACE but after being helped I asked, "You don't happen to sell brake fluid here, do you?" Yep! They carry brake fluid too! There were some other items I found there that I would have not thought to look for there that helped me with my project. In my experiences thus far, I have found the prices are pretty much the same there as they are elsewhere, but even if there are some items that are more expensive, the convenience at shopping at ONE STORE for everything I needed more than made up for the time and the gas money I would have spent looking elsewhere. The staff are super helpful (Bronson is the best!) I highly recommend this store.

What a great experience!!! 🙂 My husband and I had a custom project we were working on. We had visited serval stores only to keep buying the wrong items. When we walked into Ace Hardware Store, Bronson an associate immediately welcomed us and asked if we needed help. When we explained our project he jumped into action helping us find the right items and fitted everything so we knew it worked before we left the store. All the associates were so friendly and they had great banter between them. The store was was clean and well organized. I have found my new hardware store, and will forget the other guys!
