Aparantly
the
only
pizzeria
in
Dreieich
with
a
wood
fired
oven.
That
I
just
had
to
try
out.
I
ordered
2
pizzas
to
take
away
(
not
my
first
time
here).
NOTE:
those
in
the
know
never
pre
or
phone
order
a
wood
fired
pizza.
My
most
favourite
wood
fired
pizza,
from
pizza
rei,
around
the
corner
from
piazza
di
popolo,
has
the
pizza
in
the
oven
in
and
out
within
60
seconds.
Just
like
the
movie,
gone
in
60
seconds.
Here
at
this
establishment
the
oven
is
not
so
hot,
so
a
pizza
will
take
3-5
minutes
to
cook
depending
on
the
toppings.
The
end
result
is
the
satisfying
taste
of
a
well
backed
pizza.
The
prices
are
very
fair
-
a
wise
Italian
once
told
me
that
if
a
pizza
Margherita
costs
more
than
5€,
then
the
place
is
a
rip
off.
Yet
those
were
the
days
where
cheese
meant
Mozzarella
instead
of
??gouda??.
In
any
case
tasty
pizza
and
for
me
4.5-star,
but
I
can’t
give
half
stars.
I’d
like
to
give
5
but
for
me
this
establishment
needs
to
do
more
to
really
earn
that
five
star
rating:
-
better
and
consistent
pizza
sought
-
homemade,
rich,
pure
and
consistent
sugo.
This
is
the
most
important
ingredient
to
a
pizza,
it
is
the
base
and
foundation
-
clear
menu.
What
is
the
cost
of
extras?
And
mozzarella
Gegend
aufpreis?
What
is
the
extra
cost
for
a
pizza
with
mozzarella
instead
of
run
of
the
mill
Gouda,
of
which
gouda
has
no
place
on
a
pizza<b>

that
is
not
mozzarella

all,
a
very
fine
and
delicious
