worst hotel, avoid this hotel

Stayed 4 nights and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Frankfurt. The staff were all friendly and the room was very comfortable. Good hot water and water pressure. The breakfast has a good selection but might run out of some items as the time nears 9am. Eating before 8 am was always good. Dont worry if your room faces the street. The windows seal well and keep it quiet

Nice hotel for good price! Parking is next to the hotel, room is also good with comfortable bed! Breakfast was delicious.

Rooms well equipped and clean. Good parking lot. Service can be better. When we arrived (My wife I and 2 kids), they our reservation had been changes and we were offered 4 single rooms (not suitable for a family)... In the end we accepted 1 double room with twin beds and two individual rooms. The worst problem was the terrible experience we had in the breakfast. My wife and I arrived there 20 minutes before the end time. It was completely full and almost everything was missing. We got a 2 seat table and while waiting for our kids, we started serving ourselves. When our kids arrived, one of the workers (who seemed to be "coordinating") started shouting against us in German in the middle of the restaurant, in front of all guests and other workers. We couldn't even try to understand what was happening. In face of such shocking and shaming situation we decided to give-up the breakfast and leave the hotel. L'Escala, never more.

Don’t expect much. Is a simple hotel whit out minibar and AC. The room had a fan. Try to avoid the room out to the street. The booking check-in and what time they want us to check in was not accurate, make sure you know you’s. Breakfast is very simple. The cleaning team was very nice and there was no problem to get new towels. Just make sure, if you sleep past 9:00 pm, to hang out the don’t disturb sign or the cleaning team might knock on your door ready too cleen.

Nice little hotel with a cozy atmosphere. Breakfast has a good selection, staff is polite and friendly. Rooms are clean, tidy. Bonus: you get clean towels no matter what. Even if you didn't want to.

Rooms of this 3 star hotel are spacious enough and clean and quiet that enables you calm rest. Small toilet is matching the purpose, staff is very friendly. I may conclude that price is fair enough.

Everything was clean and well organised. The most important thing about this hotel: super friendly and helpful staff. The receptionists were great. Thank you.

The hotel is a little bit out from Frankfurt but it's easy to go to the center using public transportation. And the man in the reception is kind and cozy.

I would put 0 stars if it was possible

We traveled a lot and we have a lot of experience in stay over in a hotel or appartment. But this hotel is really bad. The pictures do not match. In advance we did not know what time we would arrive. on arrival there was no reception and the number to be called was not answered. A visitor who came out of the hotel let us in. The lobby was empty and everything was locked. We searched in the hotel and we found a guy. He helped us to gave us entrance to our room. The bed was clean but the carpet was dirty. The curtain for the window in the bathroom was missing. So we were unable to make it dark enough to sleep. There was 1 chair, but these was so dirty that we didn't use it. The location is in a quiet environment.

Amazingly good little hotel. Rooms don't have anything extra, but everything is clean and works. Breakfast is good and there's something for everyone.

Good hotel and price is also good. It was clean, breakfast was decent, they have free parking as well. Stairs were a bit dirty and on holidays couldn't see anyone on reception but we didnt face any difficulty. All in all, good experience. The rooms can be noisy though as it is on the street with continuous traffic.

Overall, this is just a stay hotel, if you open the window for fresh air you hear traffic sounds, ideally not a place to enjoy the holidays but can be good for business visits.
