I have heard that McDonalds have tried to better their burgers, fluffier toasted buns. Tried the new Big Mac in this establishment today - the bun was definitely toaster 😂😂😂😂, see photo - they toasted it the wrong way and still served it 🤣🤣🤣. I got in drive-in, so had to go back which I was not too happy about. They did replace it, yet no additional compensation - a pity for customer service really. Not a refund, freebie, or a voucher. Not like they they’re not making millions….. That said the new Big Mac is better than the old one, yet still not worth the price. The new double cheeseburger was the highlight. See also greasy finger mark on the bottom left of the box - that’s a finger patty grab and assemble, so opposed to the norm/standard of using tongs!!!!! And for those wondering, nope no milkshakes here, the ice cream machine is not working - surprise, surprise. Only have 2 stars for value for money. 23.07.2023, 1€ for a Big Mac is ok (even if I did have to turn around and exchange it). It is not worth a whole lot more than 1€ though. Would never order at full or menu price - can do much better, healthier, and cheaper burgers at home.

Very dissapointed. I've eaten the Ruhei breakfast many times in Germany, and it always includes a pat of butter, but not here, 50c demanded to supply. Made me wait whilst doing everything else, food gets cold before pointing out to the till receipt, no butter on there. It never is! I felt just because I'm English they were particularly unhelpful. Left with my 5€ back, and a nasty taste for McD Edit, now 2 weeks on, and no reply at all from thos that own this branch. Shows how much they care about their customers!

Always they have shortage in kids gifts or they give u old gifts

Standard McDonald's. Food (mcmuffin) and coffee OK. Chips far too salty. And AmEx not accepted here. Edit 24/02/2021: used their app to order and pay before arriving. Order worked but payment did not - ergo, contactless payment fail. The food was juat simply appalling. I've had bad takeout before, but this is photo worthy. Bun toasted flat like a pancake and absolutely rock solid. Inedible. Why do your staff think this is ok? They just don't care I guess. Another place to remove from my list.

A very bad personal a specially a chef of the shift, she didn't try to help with a coupon issue on their kiosk and she didn't want to speak English at all... never visit again!!! Ashame 4 a McDonald's American food company leader number #1 🥺

Small to medium size McDonalds outlet with a small outside terrace. The terrace has a good view of planes coming in to land at the airport in Frankfurt. Otherwise, usual McDonalds menu with option for take away at the counter or through the drive way.

Ordered some menues at the drive in for over 35€ only to be disappointed later. Some items were missing (all chicken nuggets in each menue), the fries were so dry, i could have used them as drum sticks.. the only good thing was the mc flurry, but thats it. Always check your order first, but overall, not recommending this place

The McRib had more sauce than meat and bread. The chicken nuggets seemed over a week old (completely soft and a weird taste). After deciding to not finish the chicken nuggets I ordered a McFlurry. Seems an easy item, but took them 20 minutes to prepare. And even after 20 minutes they still managed to f* it up. Wont be visiting McDonald’s for a long time now, and definitely not this one.

Employees at the counter are not polite. Eyes rolling when I asked if my takeout is ready.

I bought my food with Mcdrive. It was quite fast and with a short waiting time.

My experience is terrible! The inkompetent of the one of the workers is unbelievable 😳. I cannot recommend anyone for that reason. I just lost my money for nothing due to her incompetence.
