Large club, with a lot of equipment. Unfortunately, can get pretty smelly. Also, I was unpleasantly surprised when they started having group exercise classes with incredibly loud music in the middle of the machine exercise room. Complaining did not help, so I cancelled my membership. Employees do not seem to understand the concept of customer service at all. Thankfully, there is plenty of competition, so I do not have to put up with the arrogant attitude, or the atmosphere which is sometimes more like a dance club with loud EDM....

Nice and thoughtful area and equipment arrangement, Marius a personal trainer was very helpful, attentive and supportive. People are quite friendly and will explain if you need help.
