Absolutely disappointing. I took my car for the inspection. FOr some strange reasons they brought up small and big problems. For some reasons, they had to inspect the oil leakage issue. No problem, they did and gave me price for fixing it. Beyond expensive. TUV wasnt done in the end, but still charged for it. Anyway I refused to do it there. In the end for inspection of oil, changing fuel cap and license plate light (3 euro) I was billed 339 euro... Nontransparency and ripping the customers of is mind boggling. This will be first and last time bringing or even coming close to this place. My next service will be in P.S Don't bother replying with your template answers. Just listen to our complaints and deliver to your supervisors.

I had to take my brand new BMW M550i into repair due to a collision with a deer. Unfortunately, there had been some issues with the insurance coverage and things had become very complicated. However, Mr. Reiner Schork from the Service department took over the entire issue and had worked very professionally until all issues had been resolved and I could get my car back. The responsiveness and customer care by Mr. Schork was excellent and far above normal standards. I felt highly valued and looked after as a long-term BMW customer by the Dreieich Service department. I can only strongly recommend their services to other BMW customers.

After my last negative review, they contacted me and we discussed the situation. However, they promised that the car rent from my last visit will be reimbursed with a voucher during the next visit. Guess what I heard today? We don't have any free left. They completely ignored their promises. This is the last time I am visiting this dealer.

Our experience with this branch and specifically Mrs Lale Beyazkilic was really amazing. Would really like to thank Mrs Beyazkilic for her patience and friendliness. She answered our queries in time and took care of the entire process from the very start till we get our chosen vehicle. Although due to logistics issues, it took around a month to get our vehicle but we were well-informed about the status in the entire period. Service below my expectations. I went for a basic maintenance service, change oil. When I did the appointment by phone I was told it will take one hour and I could wait there. When I was there I was told it will take between one hour and one hour and a half, at the end I wait for more than two hours. I paid and extra service called Servicewäsche PLUS which includes the vacuum of interiors. I’m attaching some photos how I get the car back. Of course I didn’t have enough time to go back and claim the poor quality of their service. In my opinion the maintenance service area has a lot of room for improvement.

I would like to thank to Ms. Lale Beyazkilic for the perfect and smooth process of our purchase of our used BMW. We bought the car remotely from 900 km distant Slovakia only via e-mails and telephone communication! And it was a good decision. After arriving at the Dreieich branch on term agreed in advance a beautiful BMW was waiting for us to take over. Everything was exactly as described to us in the emails before. Ms. Lale has already been waiting for us with all the necessary documents and meanwhile signing them export registration plates arrived. The whole stuff took approx. 45 minutes with coffee and could drive home with the car. We wish Ms. Lale Beyazkilic as well as the entire BMW branch Dreieich many satisfied customers as we are. It is an absolute beauty and pleasure to work with this establishment. They have a grandiose selection, amazing customer service, and efficient and quick process. I also personally recommend anyone to bring their matters to Mr. Jasmin (he is a man).

I will give 6 Star but I can't, then I will give you 5 out 5. Excellent attention from Ingo Hilscher. He speak English and sometimes a few word on Spanish. He helped us to get a great car for me and my family. His attention was 100% and his time answering all our doubts are valuable. Highly recommended. Compared with the other salesman that were too bus, he was exceptional.

Avoid like the plague - we leased a car in Frankfurt, at the end of the lease, we were sent to this dealership instead with no explanation and they of course under valued the car and over valued repair costs... all seems like a well oiled scam

I have been using BMW Dreiech since 2019 and have to say their premises along with their services are top class. Huge range of vehicles spread over a number of floors with excellent customer service. Leased an X1 from the garage in 2019, used the garage for maintenance and servicing, all with ease. Returned the car in February 2023 and purchased an X3 30d, amazing car. A big mention and special thanks to Florian Gerigk who helped me with both cars. Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful especially to communicate in English. Always made himself available to assist with any questions that I have had. Very smooth procedure. Thank you.
