UPDATE:
Previously
rated
at
5/5
stars.
Late
May
2022
ordered
a
pasta
and
a
pizza.
Pasta
was
very
oily
and
pizza
was
dry.
Maybe
I
got
a
bad
day,
don’t
know.
Yet
pasta
was
not
ok.
Reduced
to
4
star
rating.
I
always
prefer
to
check
out
an
establishment
personally
before
ordering
delivery
service.
I
been
meaning
to
check
this
place
out
for
a
while
since
it
opened
in
August
2020.
Finally
did
earlier
this
week.
The
personnel
are
very
friendly,
large
variety
with
reasonable
prices
-
no
alcoholic
drink
options
though,
could
at
least
offer
beer,
wine
and
Prosecco!!!
I
ordered
a
pizza
and
gnocchi
pasta.
Pizza
was
with
fresh
ingredients,
and
the
toppings
were
ample.
Two
small
issues
with
the
pizza.
1.
The
sugo
base
sauce
could
be
pimped
better
from
canned
sauce,
needs
a
little
more
basil
and
oregano,
and
maybe
some
salt
as
it
tasted
a
little
sweet.
2.
As
the
pizza
is
cooked
in
a
pan,
the
middle
of
the
base
was
not
fully
cooked
and
stuck
to
the
pizza
box.
At
should
have
been
removed
from
the
pan
and
pizza
back
in
the
oven
for
1
min.
to
fully
cook
and
crisp
up
the
base.
All
that
aside
a
delicious
pizza.
Gnocchi
was
cooked
fresh
in
an
open
kitchen
-
which
I
like
as
there’s
nothing
to
hide.
Gnocchi
was
too
uniform
to
be
homemade,
but
at
that
price
I
do
not
expect
homemade
gnocchi.
Gorgonzola
sauce
had
the
right
consistency,
not
runny
and
not
gluey,
and
the
sauce
to
gnocchi
ratio
was
perfect.
I
did
see
that
they
offer
burgers
too,
hopefully
with
in
store
made
meat
Pattie’s
and
not
the
frozen
hockey
puck
variety,
I
will
have
to
try
one
next
time.
All
in
all,
highly
recommended
due
to
quality
ingredients
and
cook
to
order
pastas,
thus
will
definitely
be
back
again
or
ordering
for
delivery.
NOTE:
for
me
a
4.5
star
as
no
alcoholic
beverage
option,
the
pizza
base
middle
was
still
a
little
doughy,
and
pizza
base
tomato
sauce
could
be
improved,
the
best
base
sauces
always
makes
the
best
pizzas.
Just
try
Pizza
Re
in
Rome.
