Very competent, friendly and helpful employees, even beyond normal opening hours. Both in the Centrum Galerie and the Altmarkt Galerie. We were also given helpful tips and advice that other branches didn't provide. We always enjoy going shopping there.

I am extremely satisfied with their service. The personnel was very friendly towards me. He gave me options to choose which jewelry I wanted to see and offered that I should try them. When I changed my mind with the piece I bought, they immediately accepted my request. I gave them my receipt and immediately swapped my item. I never encountered any problems during my visit, purchasing the item and swapping the item.

I wanted to return a necklace because the recipient didn't like it. The employee was incredibly annoyed and didn't hide it. Then I had to choose a voucher. I said I wanted the money back. This also displeased her. I'll never go to the branch in the centrum Galerie Dresden again.

Christ's jewelry, customer service and advice are always excellent. But our joy in our piece of jewelry was completely dampened when we picked it up after a saleswoman had an unprofessional conversation with us, speaking to us in an inappropriate manner and repeatedly emphasizing the repair offer we had received, which was very unpleasant.

I've been looking for new, beautiful jewelry that suits me exactly for over a year. Ms. Ringel from the Christ team always gave me very patient and friendly advice and introduced me to the many different brands and products. On Saturday I was even able to take advantage of Black Week and, with the help of Ms. Ringel, I found such beautiful combinations. Her joy of glitter and sparkling jewelry has rubbed off on me and I really enjoy wearing my new jewelry! I'm looking forward to finding a nice matching watch next ;-)!

The bracelet broke after only 2 weeks of wearing it. That's why we were back on site for warranty/goodwill/service... Apart from the fact that we were received very unfriendly, sending in and repairing the bracelet should cost €40 (which is almost half of the purchase price!!!!) and you would have You should just be more careful when wearing it... Well, end of story: A jeweler we trust is now repairing the bracelet for less than half the price... We definitely won't buy jewelry here anymore.

Angenehm freundliche und zugewandte MitarbeiterInnen; mir wurde heute gratis die Rückwand meiner Armbanduhr ausgewechselt, die ich vom Hersteller organisiert hatte; und nebenbei wurde ich kompetent und ausführlich zu Automatik-Armbanduhren und deren filigrane kunstfertige Technik beraten... gerne wieder, Christ empfehle ich weiter ...

Ich kann über diese Filiale nur gutes berichten. Sie kümmern sich um jedes individuelle Anliegen und die Kollegin Fr. Asujan, macht das Verkaufserlebnis noch ein wenig spezieller, Sie geht auf individuelle Kundenwünsche ein und probiert alles mögliche um Ihren Kunden diesen zu erfüllen. Im Großen und Ganzen werde ich nur noch in dieser Filiale Einkaufen gehen, da mir der Service selten so gut gefallen hat wie dort. Euch ein schönes Fest und danke nochmals für die tolle Beratung.
