    This is the second time I have purchased accessories for ORIS watches at uhrenlounge.de. I am satisfied with the purchase in all respects. In the e-shop, they have goods in stock that are normally available to order with long delivery times. The delivery was very fast and the package was carefully packed.

    Ich habe an den Kundenservice per WhatsApp angeschrieben. Ich war auf suche nach einem Titanarmband für meine Oris Uhr. Am nächsten Werktag erfolgte die Rückmeldung vom Kundenservice. Das Armband war verfügbar und wurde nach meiner Bezahlung umgehend versendet. Am folgenden Tag war es bei mir. Für mich ein sehr guter Service für den ich mich bedanke.

    I was on an international trip for work and my watch broke. Uhrenlounge was able to help me very quickly. They responded immediately to my email, got on the phone with me, and processed my order that first day. They shipped my watch to my hotel in Frankfurt and it was delivered the following day. Great service and support all around.
