Worst costumer service and shop ever. You can not change something after 24h while everywhere is 14 Days . I really don’t recommend

I bought a Swiss watch (Rado) from Vogele exactly 3 years ago. Now the battery was due to be changed, result: 80€ cost of battery change + 125€ spare part bracelet. 2-3 weeks waiting time!! When I asked the very unfriendly saleswoman at Vogele, there is no certified watch workshop in Dresden. Information was WRONG!! I asked Rado directly yesterday, there are certainly certified watchmakers in Dresden. I picked up the watch today and made an appointment with a very friendly certified watchmaker. By the way, battery replacement at a pleasant price. We are very disappointed with the customer service at Voegele (it was better when I bought my watch from Mr. Voegele).

Yesterday I went to buy my first watch with my girlfriend and received excellent advice. Although the watch was definitely not in the upper price segment, you were treated the same as if you had bought the most expensive model. We went to another jeweler in the meantime and ultimately decided on Vogele because the sales experience was the best here. We'll definitely be back :) Greetings and have a nice weekend!:)
