Unfortunately you are forced to buy the large bottle of lotion, which is supposedly included in the price. At the checkout, the lotion is scanned individually for 16.90 euros and then, depending on the plug, the ear piercing. I wanted to get several ears pierced there, but I don't need the lotion for 16.90 every time. The bottle is huge and is easily enough for 20 ear piercings. Unfortunately this is not possible, which I don't understand because it is scanned individually. Then why can't I just pay for the ear piercing? I understand it the first time, but if you want to come back, it makes no sense to HAVE to buy the expensive lotion every time you pierce your ears.

Very poor customer orientation! We bought piercings there and after 10 minutes I changed my mind! But it wasn't accepted back, even though it was written on the checkout slip. 28 days return policy. We didn't even leave the Altmarktgalerie. On the right the shop says sealed piercings are allowed to be returned!! What is the saleswoman doing opening the packaging in front of my eyes and saying it is not closed!! The service there is also down! We would have to ask if someone could come to us. So you have lost out on us as customers and we will not recommend it to our circle of friends.
