I LOVE Schmuckrausch - because there are beautiful pieces at great prices that are sometimes more unusual. I also think it's great that a lot of things are available with stainless steel - it doesn't discolor and is still inexpensive. Also a warm greeting from the two who were there on Friday to the incredibly nice blonde saleswoman!

Well, I'm polite and you probably forgot your coffee, so you still have to work to be polite, otherwise I'm happy with the good selection and nicely furnished.

The opening hours are written on the door until 7 p.m. My son was at the store at 6:25 p.m. The windows were already closed and an exchange was not possible because, according to her, she had to clean up! Very sad

Absolutely unfriendly and rude staff! I've never experienced being approached when you want to look at goods! When the employee was asked about it, she said she would only be there for two more weeks anyway.

Always sorted goods, and the price changes accordingly in favor of the customer, very customer friendly and efficient. Exemplary compared to German dealers.

Quality is just too bad for the price. One chain broke when unpacking. It can only be exchanged by the unfriendly employees after half an hour of discussion because they supposedly broke it themselves.

Great little shop with a huge selection. Very friendly staff. My absolute favorite when it comes to piercing jewelry. A must for every visit to Dresden.😉
