We were traveling with several people and one of us wanted to take a look at what was on offer. One person came in and the others waited outside the store. However, the companion was then informed that you should leave the store if you didn't buy anything. Another person from us wanted to look at something and was greeted with the words “another”. One could now assume that the employees are extremely unfriendly and don't like people being in their business. However, we found out that employees get paid less when there are more people in the store and not buying anything. At this point you should ask yourself whether you should really buy from a business that uses such questionable business strategies to stress out its customers and employees and makes the employees' salaries dependent on things that are only influenced by them to a fraction.

Beautiful, well-equipped store with super nice bags (and clothes). I bought all of my LK bags from this store. The employees are always super friendly, but never so that you feel like it's an act, they really are! they also really have a lot of knowledge about materials and care etc. I love this store and it will always be my first stop when I want to buy a new bag 😊👍 Ps: Liebeskind please always maintain this humanity in your employees, that makes so much difference when shopping ❤️

Although I magically attract the negative, I have bought 2 bags so far and both are defective, a very good solution was found for the second bag in the store in Dresden. The two employees were friendly and remained very calm and objective until the final solution was reached. I would have liked that with my first bag. The handle broke. I contacted Berlin by email to repair the bag and LK would only have had to pay around 20 to 30 euros. But no, I was forced to cover the bag with snow (my scissors also broke; they weren't replaced), send pictures of the defective bag and then I received a voucher. This is about the environment, reuse, etc.

I would especially like to thank HUGO from the Liebeskind Store in Dresden for the TOP (!!) advice! Here you take a lot of time for advice, you are in a good mood and the customer can simply tell that a salesperson is having fun with the whole thing! Absolutely competent and recommended! I find it an absolute disgrace not to publish changed opening times online, explicitly on the website. Last Saturday I drove from Leipzig to Dresden specifically to buy a new purse from Liebeskind. The closing time was stated online on the homepage as 9 p.m. Unfortunately, the store was already closed at 6 p.m., half an hour before I got there. How can something like that be??? More than annoying, I had previously researched the opening times. 30 euros in petrol money wasted pointlessly. Never again LIEBESKIND.
