I got a beautiful ring for my engagement, but it was a bit too small. While looking for a well-rated jeweler, we became aware of the wedding ring house. We went there without an appointment and were immediately greeted in a very friendly manner. Changing it was absolutely no problem and because we had already been there we just wanted to “see” 😉 what kind of wedding rings there were. Luckily for us, the entire Gerstner collection happened to be there and we quickly found our wedding rings. The advice was very competent and friendly without trying to force anything on you. Or even look at us disparagingly, as is the case with some other jewelers. Now it's finally September 17th. our wedding was coming to the house and we wanted to have the rings engraved. The engraving takes about 30 minutes - so if we had had the time we could have taken it back with us straight away. In addition, if you bought the rings there, the engraving is included. Therefore a well-deserved 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

After I had almost given up hope of finding someone to engrave a special watch for me, I finally went to the wedding ring house. Eben habe ich unsere Trauringe abgeholt und muss sagen, sie sind noch schöner geworden als wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Es wurde auf jeden individuellen Wunsch von uns eingegangen und so entstanden wunderschöne Einzelstücke. Danke!

Wir sind hier hin gegangen, da es für uns günstig gelegen war. Auch wenn wir zuerst etwas geschluckt haben, die Hochzeitsringe echt nicht günstig sind, waren wir im Nachhinein sehr zufrieden. Der Service ist einfach ziemlich grandios. Es ist nicht nur die gute Beratung, die das Gesamtpaket ausmacht, sondern auch die Nachbereitung des Einkaufs. Wir hatten während des Gesprächs unser Hochzeitsdatum erwähnt und hatten prompt eine sehr nette Glückwunschkarte in der Post. Zwar eine Kleinigkeit, dennoch ein super Geste und längst keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Insgesamt wohlverdiente 5 Sterne.
