Krankenhaus Dresden-Friedrichstadt Klinik für Dermatologie und Allergologie (inkl. Tagesklinik)

Hospital

😠 I was referred to this clinic by my dermatologist. Of course I can take my one and a half year old daughter with me (according to the dermatologist) In order to be at registration at 8 a.m. sharp (as requested), I woke my little one up far too early. Already at the barrier I was asked what I wanted... People often mention nurses, staff, asked, room, doctor, clinic,

I'm in the hospital for the 4th day. No one from the kitchen staff asked me what I would like to eat for meals. The kitchen lacks management! The nurses on ward 5 try the best. But if the kitchen delivers stews from Thursday to Sunday that no one likes, that's no longer possible. Hospital food should also contain vitamins. Unfortunately, none of that is available either. Mind you, I have a full diet and am a private patient. It's for 🤑 The ward nurses put in a lot of effort. I also consider the doctors, especially in angiology and vascular surgery, to be very competent.

Among other things, my discharge letter was "handed over" to me when I was standing completely naked in a treatment room - several doctors came in with the senior doctor Hansel, the door was simply left open - and the discharge interview was carried out in this condition. I couldn't get dressed because I was just getting cream applied. Generally, two patients were called to apply cream at the same time, with the door wide open. When I refused and asked to be alone in the treatment room, I was laughed at. The staff was terribly unfriendly, the same senseless treatments that had already been unsuccessful on an outpatient basis were repeated again and again. Mr. Wollina is neither innovative nor able to change his treatment if his regimen does not work for a patient. I've never had such a bad head doctor. In addition, the staff is severely understaffed. On the day I arrived, I lay alone in my room from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., I wasn't given any food and since there were no staff present, I simply left the clinic on my own at some point to get food in a supermarket. I will never set foot in there again.

The whole thing doesn't even deserve 1 star. Absolutely underground as people here call them stupid. I haven't seen such brash, rude and absolutely vicious staff in a long time. I was questioned by the senior doctor in the nurse's office, but examined by the nurse (?!) - while the door was open, the nurses were constantly talking about private stuff and other patients were sitting in the room. I felt so uncomfortable! And they weren't paying attention at all. Nobody talks to you about what is currently being done to you, you are constantly being attacked. Really terrible!

After I was admitted to the ED as an emergency, I went up to the dermatology clinic. There I was treated in a very derogatory and rude manner by a lady at the registration desk, even though I only asked if I should be treated today. After I was rudely thrown out and told I had to wait, it was my turn. The treatment was very harsh and unpleasant. Every now and then the nurse in question came in and looked at me shaking her head, dismissively and smiling maliciously while I sat there in pain. I was sent out without follow-up care, without painkillers and without a sick note. When asked, I was told to take care of it myself because it would be my problem if I showed up here. To make matters worse, I am now allowed to go to the doctor again with severe pain and severe inflammation due to botched treatment, but I definitely won't go there again. Thanks for nothing.

The nurses speak in an extremely condescending manner. I think it's a total shame because you actually need help and come to them with questions and possibly uncertainties. Isn't it actually taught during training to be kind, patient and understanding? I studied social work and I feel like we got a lot more training in this regard than people who care for the sick. Very unfortunate.

ENT clinic ward 77 Very nice nurses and carers. The doctors also explain everything very clearly and answer all questions in detail. Everyone is very attentive to take care of you! Even the food was very good for a hospital (large selection)

Skin clinic, inpatient for 12 days, very nice and friendly staff, whether service providers, nurses, doctors - everything in the best hands. May all your service be widely blessed in the name of the One who holds our lives in his hands.

I was referred to this clinic by my dermatologist. Of course I can take my one and a half year old daughter with me (according to the dermatologist) In order to be at registration at 8 a.m. sharp (as requested), I woke my little one up far too early. Already at the barrier I was asked what I wanted with my car and when it would be picked up. A little desperate, I said I was alone with my little daughter and all of our luggage. I was then given access to quickly unload the car. After a lot (a lot!) of running and paperwork, we found ourselves at the skin clinic ward to register. With a few exceptions, many rooms were open. Also the nurses' room. When my daughter (sweet and quiet, just bored and happy to move) carefully pushed her stroller into the nurse's office, we were immediately told off in the most unfriendly manner by the coffee-drinking nurse, saying that the child had no place there and that the hospital furniture had to remain intact. (She had barely touched the closet) Over an hour later I tried to put my hungry, overtired child, who was running into all the open spaces, into the stroller and was met with a brief attack of defiance. While I was trying to calm down the upset child and sit him down, two nurses immediately barked at me to go somewhere else with the child and the car, as there were recently operated patients in the rooms. When I asked if they were serious (I reacted immediately and was obviously trying to take my child away from there) I was threatened that I could also be taken to a closed room. I broke down crying and was absolutely stunned. Despite the urgent need, I did not begin my inpatient stay. There was no apology either. I have never encountered such bitter, unprofessional and rude hospital employees.

The gatekeeper let me park off-site for the first two days. Suddenly not for the third day. They said I could stand in the net parking lot. On the first day, despite having an appointment, I waited in the waiting area for several hours. The doctor and the nurses were very, very unfriendly. Especially on the first day, when I didn't know exactly where to go, the nurses answered my questions in an annoyed manner and didn't help me. If I didn't have to come here, I would find another hospital. Unfriendly staff and no parking space, and the long waiting time made the visit more than unpleasant.

I am very disappointed. Despite two diagnoses from other doctors, I was told he couldn't confirm this. I felt misunderstood and abandoned. This doctor won't see me anymore... I should come back if it gets worse and lose weight, he said. I'm just as clueless as before and I drove 2 hours for this appointment ( one-way). The receptionist was also very unfriendly and annoyed. I had made an appointment over the phone and today I suddenly wasn't on the computer, which she told me a bit bluntly. I was kindly allowed to stay anyway. All in all, the time I spent on this was very pointless and I was not helped. It was about the diagnosis of lipedema.

😠 My wife had a very strong headache. With "very strong headache" I mean - she couldn't talk, walk normaly. At the reception she answered a lot of questions. We were by family doctor. She had already the referral slip for MRI. They took blood and gave her something that had a little helped. They denie...
