The lady at the reception was horrendous. Without the presence of an interpreter, she refused to answer even a question. although the translator was on the phone, he did not suit her and she did not even want to look at my phone. she also declined to give her name. very badly, she showed open hostility and refused to see a doctor, although during the appointment on the phone everyone agreed and reported about it. I think the staff is good but this girl is terrible, she was the only one who refused me and treated me with disdain. other staff members were more welcoming. therefore, because of this girl, I put 1. I was at the reception on January 3rd. I hope management takes notice.

I and my wife both had amazing experiences when it comes to professionalism and customer care friendliness. Special thanks to Daniela, hope to see you again as my dentist. Would highly recommend it as it is open 24*7, especially in case of a dental emergency. Most of the insurance cards work here.

I went there for a checkup + cleaning. Everything was perfect. Very pleasant people, no waiting time. They even made an xray of my mouth at no extra cost to better see the status of my wisdom teeths. Daniela took care of my cleaning and she had such gentle hands that I really felt so relaxed I almost fell asleep! 10/10 would recommend.

Had my First two dental cleanings here. The third one I did in berlin in a different dental clinic and it was much better than alldent. Now that I have a comparison, the one in berlin took about 1.5 hrs because they did much more during the cleaning sessions than alldent did. Also, alldent dentists didn’t seem to pay much attention not to hurt me or damage my mouth. The one in berlin was so much more careful compared to the one in Dresden and the result is much better too

Info desk is quite helpful and English support is available. Doctors and all the supporting staff are really nice and treat you with utmost care. Clinic has latest machinery for X-Ray and professional cleaning. All the administrative stuff is entirely digitalized. I would definitely recommend

I do not have great experience with this clinic. I had checkups here for two years. Firstly, they seem to be changing personnel vigorously. I had one doctor, but now moved to another and they are always looking for new ones. Secondly, I noticed lack of transparency about materials/procedures coming with interaction with patients. I need to treat small blemishes and I for this I have to be charged 70 euro per simple composite filling. Moreover, from my insurance I can get filling for front teeth for free, but they denied it. I think it is their business model for charge as much as possible for materials. Although I am not an expert but it sus. (For example I found another clinic that could repair my problems twice as less, plus use my insurance) Thirdly, if you happen to go for urgent occasion, for example you have lost your filling, you will wait for 3-4 hours with a line of 5-10 people and not get things repaired permanently (at least it was my expectation), but I think it is normal practice. And lastly, I used to have professional cleaning here one year ago, which costed me 40 euro and one year later this leaped to 60 euro, well I am not sure this is inflation. I would not recommend this clinic even for cleaning or checkups, rather try to find small local one, which could be more transparent with you.

Not much waiting time. Friendly dentist. They don't fully follow through with insured treatment unless you pay them though. =\

Dr. Maria cleaned my teeth, and the whole process took about 45 minutes. She was very meticulous and professional. She noticed that my teeth had some wear and tear issues and advised me to come back for further examination.
