We went shopping at the Bio Company this afternoon. The store is large and clear and I was actually always satisfied. Today, however, I noticed how a woman who was sitting in front of the branch was sent away by the employees. The woman probably begged for money, but was neither pushy nor disruptive in any other way. It was cold outside and it was raining. Instead of offering her a coffee, which in my opinion would be quite appropriate and social (especially from an organic store that makes its money with social and fair trade products), she was rudely asked to leave. I then stood there with my expensive groceries and felt completely out of place. For me, that's a reason to avoid the store and I hope that the Bio Company finds a better way of dealing with people who aren't so lucky.

Very very good quality! We recently bought a fresh organic chicken, you can say what you want, but you can just taste the difference between organic and mass-produced farming. We love coming here just for meat!

The Bio Company on Tolkewitzer Straße is a very nice shop, with friendly staff and a relatively large selection. The prices also show what the store stands for, but it is definitely within limits. Vegetables and muesli are also sold unpackaged, as are baked goods from the very tasty and fresh bakery.

One star is given for a good assortment. However, the house rules that require customers to wear face masks are often not used here. I asked employees why this was tolerated. There is only a shrug of the shoulders. I find it very disappointing that space is made for deniers. I will avoid this chain...

As inviting as the fresh meat counter is at first glance, the moment is sobering when the waitress touches the meat with her bare hands without washing her hands (thoroughly) first! Unfortunately, this happened repeatedly in this branch, which led me to write this review today with a point deduction. When it comes to hygiene, an exemplary concept should urgently and absolutely be applied in this regard, especially in the organic business!

Relativ groß, Personal ist immer freundlich. Brotangebot sehr reichhaltig, eigentlich schon zu viel des Guten. Brotpreise teurer als bei anderer Biomarktkette. Obstauswahl ist nicht sehr vielfältig. Feigen waren 2019 meist sehr gut. Die Orangen und Kiwi waren diesen Winter Pfade im Geschmack. Sehr gut ist der Zupfsalat. Etwas mehr Mut mal anderes Obst reinzunehmen wäre gut. Käsepreise sind leicht höher als bei anderen Biomärkten, Auswahl ist gut. Fleisch und Wurstauswahl ist sehr gut. Beim Wein fehlten sächsische Weine. Viele Waren stammen aus Brandenburg.

This store has long been one of my favorite organic stores. On the one hand, you really get a large selection of different foods and drugstore items (including cosmetics), and on the other hand, the staff is very nice and always helpful. The fresh meat and cheese counter gets an A+. The offer is really great. Also worth highlighting is the excellent range of baked goods just behind the entrance on the right, which offers an exceptionally wide range of bread and rolls as well as cakes and also savory snacks. You can also take these with you to a small seating area for immediate consumption. And on weekdays there is even a small lunch (usually a delicious soup or something similar).

Average organic market, nothing special but not bad either. What is unpleasant, however, is the red lighting on the meat and sausage counter. As a customer, I feel like I've been ripped off even before I make my purchase. In addition, despite a small bistro, there are no customer toilets. My daughter and I were sent to the library after lunch! I know toilets aren't mandatory, but for me they are if there is seating to eat. Weak!

Diverse and high-quality selection. When I wanted a special nut milk, they could even order it for me (from a pack of 6). Thank you for your friendly advice and your willingness to accommodate us. I always enjoy coming to you and discovering new, healthy treasures almost every time. There is a lot on offer here, especially for a vegan diet.

My wife and I recently wanted to go shopping there. Since we have a doctor's certificate and are not allowed to wear masks, we of course went into the store without a mask. We ourselves are symptom-free and of sound mind. When our goods were already at the checkout, a gentleman didn't let us finish shopping and offered us masks. No shopping without a mask, he said, and the goods were almost paid for. I asked to pay for the goods and leave the store, which he refused to do. So we had to leave the store. My wife and I will never set foot in BioCompany again, anywhere. We just shopped at the health food store next door.

A sign and a bell installed there inform customers to use it when the cash register is not occupied.
