Can
I
just
say,
wow...
Ok,
so
I
bought
a
Google
Pixel
6
Pro
here,
with
insurance,
premium
insurance...
The
phone
display
stopped
working
for
half
the
screen,
don't
know
why,
just
random.
So
I
took
the
phone
in
to
the
Saturn
to
get
repaired
via
insurance
i
pay
9.99
a
month
for.
Granted,
it
was
broken
within
the
first
month
of
having
it
but
that
is
irrelevant,
i
paid
the
insurance,
it
was
insured.
Ok.
So
first
thing
they
tell
me
is
it
will
take
3
weeks
to
get
it
back!?!
That's
absurd,
because
as
I
unfortunately
found
out
later
after
I
had
given
them
the
phone
to
send
off.
If
you
go
to
the
insurers
website
they
tout
24
hour
turnaround
for
your
broken
device.
So
a
week
goes
by
and
i
see
no
update
on
the
service
site
of
Saturn,
so
I
call
the
insurance,
and
ask
if
they
have
received
the
phone
in
the
repair
shop
yet?
Their
answer
was
no,
have
not
received
it.
So
I
go
into
Saturn
to
ask
for
a
tracking
number
and
see
if
it
was
sent.
As
requested
by
the
insurance
people.
Their
response,
we
are
not
responsible
for
that.
"It
takes
3
weeks,
it's
only
been
1,
you
shouldn't
be
asking"
I
explained
the
insurance
company
wants
to
know,
she
flat
out
refused
to
help
me.
I
had
no
phone
on
me
so
I
had
to
rush
home,
borrow
my
roommates
phone,
call
the
insurance
company,
rush
back
down
to
Saturn,
just
to
get
told
no
because
it's
5
minutes
until
closing
and
not
enough
time.
I
should
come
back
the
next
day.
Eventually
i
get
the
tracking
number,
phone
gets
delivered
to
insurance,
insurance
needs
to
order
parts
takes
couple
more
weeks,
they
offer
to
be
just
refund
the
money
paid
for
the
phone
then
I
can
just
buy
a
new
one,
thereby
replacing
the
phone
and
fast.
Perfect,
thank
you
Square
trade(insurer).
They
emailed
me
a
letter
to
take
to
Saturn
with
me
informing
them
to
refund
the
money
for
the
phone
or
replace
it
with
a
new
one.
