Nach ca 1/2 Jahr hat Frau Urban angerufen dass Sie jetzt etwas gesuchtes hätte, nach einem erneuten Besuch im Geschäft haben wir nach einem weiteren Gespräch gekauft. Insgesamt immer sehr seriös und ohne Verkaufsdruck was mir besonders wichtig war. Nun konnten wir alles abholen und auch hier, trotz vieler Kunden und dem ganzen Corona-Regeln wurde ich wieder freundlich empfangen und alles wurde hübsch eingepackt. Insgesamt ist es bei einem Juwelier bzw Uhrengeschäft immer schwer für Verkäufer rauszufinden wer echtes Interesse hat oder nur „gucken“ will. Da es hier um große Werte / Summen geht will ich nicht wissen wieviele Spezialisten den Verkäufern nur Zeit stehlen oder alles besser wissen. Ich selbst bin trotz „nur“ Jeans und t-Shirt und ohne Anzug oder Uhr immer gut beraten wurden. Ich glaube das der Kleidungsstil oder das Alter heute nichts mehr aussagt wer sich was leisten kann. Wir können diesen Juwelier, insbesondere Frau Urban gern weiterempfehlen. Wer freundlich und nett ist wird sicher auch so behandelt.
