Cafe
Cello
is
truly
a
coffee
shop
for
all
seasons.
Having
enjoyed
Eva’s
“Trinity”
blend
of
premium
coffee
year-round,
every
time
I
stop
in,
I’m
convinced
that
“this
is
the
best
time
of
year
to
enjoy
this
charming
small
cafe”
regardless
of
what
season
it
actually
is.
So
I
fell
victim
to
that
way
of
thinking
once
again
yesterday
(03.11.22).
I
managed
to
snag
my
favorite
seat
(far
in
the
back
corner)
to
take
in
the
view
of
the
charming
interior
and
the
beautiful
golden
autumn
foliage
through
the
cafe
windows,
drinking
in
the
autumn
leaves
still
on
the
trees
in
Alaunpark
across
the
street.
Lovely!
Being
a
weekday
and
still
before
noon,
activity
was
light.
It
dawned
on
me
what
a
perfect
atmosphere
this
would
be
for
reminiscing
over
a
perfect
tryst
the
night
before…
slowly
sipping
coffee
and
remembering.
Unfortunately,
such
was
not
my
fate,
but
I
could
certainly
imagine
such
a
charming
scenario.
More
to
the
point,
Cafe
Cello
can
provide
just
the
atmosphere
you
desire
to
match
your
mood.
Would
you
like
a
quiet
moment?
Simply
drop
in
on
a
weekday
before
noon.
Would
you
rather
find
lively
conversation
all
around
you?
Then
just
come
by
in
the
afternoons
and
(especially)
on
the
weekends.
Weather
permitting,
there
is
ample
seating
outside,
if
that
is
your
preference.
Regardless
of
which
time
of
day
you
decide
to
come
by,
you
can
always
count
on
the
staff
being
welcoming
and
warm
in
nature.
It’s
apparent
the
staff
members
love
their
jobs,
truly
enjoy
interacting
with
people,
and
enjoy
working
with
each
other.
One
might
be
forgiven
for
thinking
the
fine
people
who
staff
Cafe
Cello
are
not
from
Saxony
(Do
I
really
need
to
explain
that
statement?)
To
put
it
another
way,
the
group
working
there
are
friendly
and
happy
by
instinct
and
it
shows.
So
give
them
a
try!
I
guarantee
you
will
not
have
a
bad
experience.
Oh…
and
while
you
are
there,
take
a
quick
look
at
(ower)
Eva’s
custom-made
jewelry,
most
of
which
feature
a
coffee
bean
in
the
design.
(There
are
racks
on
each
side
of
the
door,
as
you
enter.)
Do
I
have
anything
less
that
positive
to
say
about
Cafe
Cello?
Well,
no…
not
about
the
cafe
itself.
My
only
“complaint”
(were
one
to
call
it
that)
is
the
under-supply
of
bike
racks
outside.
(That
is
the
fault
of
the
city,
not
of
Cafe
Cello).
Hopefully
the
city
will
see
fit
to
install
a
few
more
bike
racks
someday.)
So
go…
go
to
Cafe
Cello.
I
am
absolutely
certain
you
will
end
up
thinking
it
was
the
best
decision
you
made
all
day.
