My
experience
at
the
Dermatology
Clinic
was
as
follows:
With
a
referral
from
the
dermatologist,
I
went
to
consultation.
Was
also
called
quite
quickly,
but
then
I
had
to
wait
another
30
minutes
in
the
consulting
room
on
the
assistant
doctor.
Later,
the
senior
doctor
came
to
ask
me
questions
about
the
side
effects
of
the
medication,
and
I
got
a
very
bitchy
statement
(which,
as
a
doctor,
has
given
you
years
of
experience
-
but
which
did
not
answer
my
question).
As
a
patient,
you
can
not
think
or
ask
questions.
that
is
not
wanted.
After
I
could
go
(it
was,
mind
you,
a
Friday)
I
would
not
even
with
the
acute
complaints
a
recipe
on
a
weekend
prescription!
The
consultation
of
the
established
dermatologist
is
Friday
only
until
noon,
then
the
statement
I
should
go
to
the
representation
and
let
me
issue
a
prescription
there.
However,
after
3xligem
demand
I
got
a
recipe
but
very
willing
to
issue.
I
do
not
find
this
system
helpful
for
a
patient.
All
sisters,
on
the
other
hand,
were
very
friendly
and
looked
after
themselves,
I
have
to
say
that.
But
if
you
are
a
cash-patient,
you
will
only
be
seen
as
a
"second-class
person"
in
my
opinion,
you
will
not
earn
anything
from
us
-
so
you
will
be
treated
accordingly.
Empathy
the
patient
should
be
trained
again.
Yours
sincerely

Meine
Erfahrung
in
der
Hautklinik
war
folgende:
Mit
einer
Überweisung
vom
Hautarzt
bin
ich
zur
Konsiliarsprechstunde
gegangen.
Wurde
auch
recht
schnell
aufgerufen,
dann
musste
ich
allerdings
nochmal
30
Minuten
im
Sprechzimmer
auf
die
Assistensärztin
warten.
Später
kam
die
Oberärztin
dazu,
welche
ich
Fragen
stellte
nach
Nebenwirkungen
das
Medikamentes,
darauf
bekam
ich
eine
sehr
zickige
Aussage
(das
Sie
als
Ärztin
jahrelange
Erfahrung
damit
gemacht
hat
-
was
aber
meine
Frage
nicht
beantwortete)
man
darf
als
Patient
nicht
mitdenken
oder
Fragen
stellen,
das
ist
nicht
erwünscht.
Nachdem
ich
dann
(es
war
wohlgemerkt
ein
Freitag)
gehen
konnte
würde
mir
nicht
einmal
mit
den
akuten
Beschwerden
ein
Rezept
über
eine
Wochenendverordnung
rezeptiert!
Die
Sprechstunde
der
niedergelassene
Hautärztin
ist
Freitag
nur
bis
Mittag,
darauf
hin
die
Aussage
ich
solle
doch
zur
Vertretung
gehen
und
mir
dort
eine
Verordnung
ausstellen
lassen.
Jedoch
nach
3xligem
nachfragen
bekam
ich
dann
doch
ein
Rezept,
sehr
wiederwillig
ausgestellt.
Ich
finde
dieses
System
nicht
hilfreich
für
einen
Patienten.
Alle
Schwestern
waren
dagegen
sehr
freundlich
und
haben
sich
gekümmert,
das
muss
ich
sagen.
Aber
wenn
man
Kassenpatient
ist,
wird
man
dort
nur
als
„Mensch
zweiter
Klasse“
gesehen
meiner
Meinung
nach,
an
uns
verdienen
Sie
nichts-
somit
wird
man
auch
dementsprechend
behandelt.
Empathie
ggü.
des
Patienten
sollte
nochmal
geschult
werden.
Mit
freundlichen
Grüßen
