Procurement of spare parts is catastrophic... availability for a gas control knob is stated in calendar weeks!!! Especially since the grill was bought there (Weber Genesis)! Same grill: Lid thermometer defective, has to be ordered and takes as long as the regulator... Then complained about the cover of the grill... no complaint possible because the serial number in the grill is no longer readable, although there is a proof of purchase from Queen of Garden but the employees there didn't note serial numbers on the invoice (probably no longer the case today) and no one bothered to find a solution! Advice on buying a grill is fine, but the aftercare and service is poor!
