Very good tour to Stingray City from rum point. Saw lots of Stingrays and also snorkelled over coral gardens where we saw lots of tropical fish and more stingrays. Boat captain and assistant were also really helpful and friendly. Great experience.

I did my open water diving PADI certification with Red Sailing. It was a very professional three day course. Our instructor, Emerson, was fantastic. He was very thorough and patient with all attendees, which was reassuring when doing something new outside of my comfort zone. It was a small group so we got lots of help. On the last day we did two boat dives with certified recreational divers and it was a very well run and friendly set up. I would recommend Red Sailing for certification course and recreational dives.

For anniversary, my wife and I booked the Kittiwake & Reef snorkel trip and the Sunset Dinner Cruise. Turned out both were on the same boat with the same crew of Dwight, Andre, and Errol. The scenery and experience for both were amazing and some of the highlights of the whole trip. The snorkeling was the most amazing we experienced during the trip and the dinner was great with good variety to choose from. The real stars though were the crew who were friendly, helpful, and engaging. As fun as the experiences were, I don't think it would have been quite as memorable without them giving great customer service. Between the two experiences we had time to kill so we also rented a jetski from Red Sails on the beach. Fortunately the land staff were just as helpful and made the whole process quick and easy.

I highly recommend Red Sail Sports for visiting Stingray City! After experiencing this excursion with other, smaller operators, we can confidently say Red Sail is the way to go. The crew was professional, knowledgeable, and fun, really engaging with us and helping us interact with the stingrays while also teaching us about these amazing creatures. The larger boat made for a much smoother and more comfortable ride, especially when we hit some rough patches of water. The trip is just a 20-minute ride from Rum Point, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the sights and experience. Standing in the shallow, turquoise waters in the middle of the ocean, surrounded by friendly stingrays, was nothing short of surreal. We timed our visit on a day when no cruise ships were in town, which kept the crowds small and the experience more intimate. We can't wait to return and try another adventure with Red Sail!

This was the most unforgettable excursion. I did a snorkel trip on the Seven Mile beaches and Captain Isaac was brilliant ! He was engaged and knowledgeable about the sea life. He also guided me to see a sea turtle and shipwreck for the very first time. I highly recommend ! 10/10

An early morning cruise to Sting Ray City was a great experience significantly enhanced by the RedSail crew. The spirited, professional and courteous presence of Eddie, Melvin and Harry was completed by their knowledge and skill. I cannot recommend them enough

Used this company to explore Stingray City and loved every minute of the tour. Boat was clean and the snorkelling was incredibly fun. Loved every minute.

Just wanted to come here and say, while tubing with a different company, I lost My phone while in the water. The jet ski driver told me he was going to get the diver to recover my phone. We reached red sail and the two divers (I didn’t catch their names), took me and my daughter out to where I dropped It (try remembering where you dropped your phone in the water with barely any landmarks lol). One diver found my phone !!!! I was So excited because the whole time I was Wondering how I was Gonna get a new phone! Kudos to both divers !! If I return To Cayman Islands, I’ll definitely pay them a visit !! Thank you both!

My family and I had a great time renting a jet ski and kayak from the Red Sail Team! Their sign-up process was simple. I will rent from them the next time I visit Grand Cayman!

We did the sting ray city and snorkel day trip - crew was absolutely fantastic - made everyone feel included in activities and confirmed everyone held a stingray that wanted to ☀️🌴🐠🍹delicious rum punch to enjoy on ride back - I would pack your own snacks and plenty of sunscreen

We were doing the stingray tour. We left on the boat ride and about a half hour into the trip torrential rain and strong winds started. Our guides anchored the boat and said they would wait 10 minutes to see if the storm would pass. After ten minutes they took up the anchor and finished the short distance to the sandbar and got ready to let us off to interact with the stingrays. Unfortunately the guides decided it wasn't safe even though another company was in the water. We had to turn around and go back. We all got a full refund. We were disappointed but respected the decision of the guides. We were impressed that they chose safety even though it caused them to lose a lot of money on the tour.

Man o man was this a treat! I took this catamaran to rum point which included the sting ray visit. Do yourself a favor and book one now! Even though I was terrified of the sting rays, I still had a lot of fun because the crew were so nice and understanding. Rum point was beautiful as well. Private beach, with bar and food access. Prices were very reasonable for food and drinks. However the tip about 50% off the other activities only applies to everything that is NOT motorized like jet skiing. I’m coming back next year, and I promise to actually touch the sting rays this time instead of freaking out and embarrassing myself and friends 🥴. Shout out to Andre and the rest of the crew along with their adorable interns.

My husband and I went on a two stop tour- Stingray Bay and snorkeling at the reef. And this was my favorite part of our entire honeymoon. All of the staff was super kind and helpful. At stingray bay, the staff got into the water with us and grabbed the stingrays so we could hold and pet them. We had a great time, and if we ever come back to the island, we will definitely go on a trip with Red Sail Sports.

The breakfast with the rays tour was awesome. We were the first to arrive at stingray city and the coral gardens which made it that much more special. The crew of the boat were so helpful and took amazing pictures of us interacting with the rays!

There are many charters you can take but frankly, Red Sail in the Caymans are absolutely the best! Their boats are clean and the staff truly care about you having a great experience. The catamaran cuts through the waves so you won’t get the sea sickness on heavy winds. Great experience!

I'm not even sure where to begin but let me just say that this was a great experience. They responded to my emails in a timely manner and they were very nice in person when I checked in. We took the glass bottom boat from Rum Point with 2 kids (5 and 6). The water was so rough that my kids werr scared to go in to swim with the stingrays. Conrad and Dwight still made the trip worth it because they found way to keep the kids entertained. They both found baby stingrays for my kids to pet and get close up to. They eventually convinced one of my kids to get in the water and they helped my husband every step of the way. My other daughter who stayed behind on the boat was given pieces of squid to feed the other fish in the water and she enjoyed watching all of them swim up for more food. Overall the experience was great and my kids had a blast. They still got to see and touch the stingrays and saw lots of colorful fish. Thanks Conrad and Dwight!

On our 3rd attempt (due to thundery weather), we made it out to Stingray City and snorkelling on an adjacent reef for a breakfast sail. 🥳 As divers we felt slightly uncomfortable with people catching and handling the sting ray, but it was an amazing experience to see them swim so gracefully underwater. The reef was full of coral and fish, better than some of our shore dives. The boat was lovely-it’s easy to keep a small bag dry. My son had a minor accident on the boat and the crew were great at sorting him out. It’s worth the extra to go out early, there were so many more boats arriving as we left. Do try the rum punch on the return journey! I recommend wearing sun tops even if you tan easily and it’s cloudy. The paler members of our family looked like beetroots a few hours after and we all had a headache from being out in the heat/cloudy sun when we got back. Nevertheless an unforgettable trip that you won’t find elsewhere!

Just as a warning, it looks like Red Sail Sports does not post reviews with less than 4 stars. I wish I would have looked for third party reviews! We went on North Sound Eco Safari. Some mediocre, and some very disappointing. A main reason I chose this excursion was that, when I signed up, I was told we would be on a catamaran. We were not. The representative said there would be soda and alcoholic beverages, but she didn't mention that there was a charge for soda and fruit punch. (It's an expensive cruise. At least they could serve free fruit punch!) Next, our group of four were the last to get on the boat and had to go on top because the main level was full. The top level was covered, but I didn't feel safe on the curved stairs going up or down when the boat was in motion. Fortunately we had a water bottle with us, because we did not go downstairs to get anything to drink. Next, Stingray city was OVERLY crowded, Maybe that was because there was a cruise ship in port that day? It was so different than an excursion to stingray city we made many years ago. On that cruise the boat staff gave us a lot of information before we got in the water. In the water there were so many stingrays that they were brushing up against our legs. On this current excursion our boat staff had to hurry and save a couple of stingrays for us to hold and get pictures with. There was not a natural-nature feeling about it!! Our staff would answer questions very nicely, but we did not get instructions as a group. (Unless the group on the main level were getting it without us.) Next, with snorkeling my mask worked great but both my and my husband's snorkels were not good. They did not stand up the way they should, and water came in the top. I had to surface every couple of minutes to empty it. (We both have snorkeled 1 to 4 times a year for 23 years. We're not beginners) The snorkeling area we were in was limited and it took some effort to keep in it. Having said that, the water was clear and beautiful. There was a little bit of beautiful coral and a semi good variety of fish. Next, The starfish are very interesting to look at and hold. However, I feel sorry for them being handled so much. After starfish, it was interesting going up a channel through mangroves for a few minutes. Overall we enjoyed the beautiful aqua colors of the Caribbean and enjoyed being in the water on a very hot day. I recommend going on a day when there is not a cruise ship in port. Also, judging from what I saw on other crowded boats, I recommend you don't get on a medium boat with any more than 40 people. There were 38 people on our boat, and it worked pretty well. Shop around. Some companies are half the price. PS Thank you to the shuttle driver who made sure my husband and I had accessible seats on the shuttle going back to our hotel.

Great experience. Exactly what you want from knowledge, to safety, to experience on and off the boat. Even a great cultural diversity amongst the crew members. Definitely on the higher end of what you want, not worth going cheaper to try to save. Quality over quantity for an experience like this. Thanks!

Our family (husband/wife/two young kids) have been coming to Grand Cayman with Gramma and Grampa for two years now, and each year we’ve done an expedition to sting ray city and the reef with Red Sail. Last year we did the glass bottom boat and this year we opted for the catamaran. They were both excellent excursions and I would do either one again. The guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly I trusted them to keep us safe if anything happened out there. I have heard from other people that the sunset cruise is great too, and would love to do that as well once our kids are old enough to leave behind with Gramma and Grampa!

Amazing!!!!!!!!!! Experience of a lifetime. Crew was knowledgeable, clear on instructions and information. Helped enormously on how to interact with stingrays safely and so you really get the most out of your experience. I liked that they went out of rum point bc we stayed at the east end and didn’t have to drive all the way into Georgetown or west bay . Amanda on the phone was lovely
