Popped into Dalys today on the way home from a lovely day in dundalk. Walked into the lounge and sat down. The bar man looked at us and there was a waitress dancing behind the bar. Noone spoke to us. No one came to ask us did we want a drink or menu. They both saw us. The staff and service in there today was awful. We were sitting for 10 mins and had to get up and walk out. Will never be back there again.

Called in for something to eat its over 10 years since I called in to Dalys. This was a place I loved to eat in I ordered the daly burger with chunky fries . The burger was a bit of compressed mince no flavour. They also delivered skinny frozen fries The bacon was not cooked I asked the staff Would they eat it and they said no and apologised but no manager came to offer there apologises .A lot of young kids serving with zero experience..avoid this place I know I will and will warn others. Not a place I would recomend

First of all waiter was very rude that took are order. I ordered fish and chips which was disgusting bones, oilly and a sour taste off the fish. My partner ordered the Lasagna which was like a bowl of sauce a mean bit of pasta and mince. Both dish were €18.00 way over priced for what we got. Won't be returning hear and wouldn't recommend

Ordered the Chicken Caesar Salad no parmesan cheese and there was ham mixed through very poor salad leaves asked for parmesan was told the chef had none?? why did he or she offer a Caesar Salad when they were missing a vital ingredient I would have made another choice was offered greated cheddar cheese to add to a very poor offering

For this place everything is really good. Especially lovely stuff. Hotel has a pub and restaurant zone. Every week there is a Bingo game in the restaurant. Live music is played in the pub on weekends. The hotel left the warmest and most pleasant memories of Ireland.

The lady who took my order was friendly and welcoming. It was very clean and roomy They have invested in a state of the art billing system and the service is top class. I ordered an open prawn sandwich on brown bread. I ate everything except the rubber tasteless heap of prawns. The cook needs to develop a taste for the food and I am being kind ar that.

Dropped in for a bite to eat with family members. Service was very good and the food was great, even when it became busier. Must go back again.

Awful dull rooms, very very old, they do not look like they do in the pictures online. Awful microwaved food, we didnt even eat it. I booked online and paid for 2nights . We left after 2 hours on the day of arrival. I spoke to the manager and the owner and they refused to give me any refund

Only 20 minutes to tayto Park and 5 mins to newgrange. WiFi very good in the bedrooms. Will defo stay again. Thank you

Went in for a light bite, Beer battered Mushrooms brie starter and chicken wings and caesar salad all tasty and good. Vegetable soup was very salty. Waiter seemed inexperienced as had to be asked for cutlery and offered butter for bread as an after thought. One of the americano coffees came out with coffee granules not mixed properly and had to be replaced.

Had a 2 course meal here today. The burger was not seasoned at all and the 16 euro pizza was soaking in oil and soggy. We were still charged full price even though the meal was inedible. The waitress kept shouting across the room at us like we were cattle. She also kept insisting very loudly that she needed 5 minutes to which she said to every customer who entered the door. I wouldn't eat here again if it was free or I was starving. Do not eat here. Waste of time amd money. Still hungry as I couldn't eat it.

Room was basic but very clean as was the en suite. Pub itself was clean and neat and staff friendly. The food on the other hand was appalling. 18€ for something that was called lasagne. The worst I’ve ever witnessed. The place served its purpose but deffo would not advise eating there. And also if you want a nights sleep don’t take a room in the opposite building. Nothing but doors banging and people shouting all night. Just steer clear of the place for your own sake.

Great hotel, though there are heavy cars driving the room was beautifully quiet, I love the use of neutral smelling washing powder. The bathroom though wasn't completely clean (nothing annoying but it looked sloppy cleaned). The kettle though looked like it never had been cleaned. But all in all I would go there again

Busy pub that you have to negotiate with your luggage to get to the rooms. However despite being above the bar with live music the room was quiet. No noise, better than any Premier Inn I've stayed at that claims to be quiet. Parking is good. Shop across the road. You do need to drive for shopping activities. Beds not the most comfortable . Nice friendly staff and breakfast is lovely. Good price to.

Stayed at Dalys Inn for 2 nights as a family of 4. The rooms are very dated. However the beds were clean and comfy and we all slept well. There is tea and coffee provided and a decent power shower. Pub and restaurant are lovely. The Irish breakfast was amazing. So nice we also had dinner there. They catered very well for the children that are both coeliac. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend own transport.

Basic, basic, basic. Our room/bathroom wasn't cleaned once during the week we stayed (was this due to Covid restrictions??) However clean towels, additional toilet rolls and tea/coffee supplies were left on the floor outside our door each day!
