Experienced a very unhuman,dishonest, rude and unethical behavior from a managing staff named Maida...I would recommend, kindly avoid these kind of over priced and expensive hotels....which are only concerned about money.,, ....no basic facilities like a proper washroom, parking etc ..,, customer satisfaction is zero here.

This place does not value custom. Avoid! Expected nearly ten euro delivery for a small journey. Tried to blindside by having as much lower on just eat. Will never order from them again and I'd suggest the same for you. People should value custom in this economy

Best lamb vindaloos I've ever had were from here and I haven't ordered from any other Indian restaurant since. Exceptionally tasty food with beautiful spices and vegetables. A vast menu means something for everyone. I would highly recommend.

The butter chicken was overly sweet and had an overly tomato taste to it. More like a sweet chicken tikka without the tikka as they used chicken thigh for this dish. My partner had the chili chicken and she got chicken breast with hers but she said it was very dry, although the sauce was to her liking. The total cost came to €38 for a takeaway for 2 people. I woukd at least expect excellent quality tasting food for that price or even a poppdum or 2 thrown in for free. I won't come here again, there's too much competition around to want to and at cheaper prices too

Absolutely ridiculous, ordered food and deliver totaling €52 (2.50 deliver and 50 cent "service charge") from Just Eat, got called by one of the rudest people I've ever met demanding 5.50 extra off us cash or they would not deliver. When I refused to pay they made us go through JustEat to cancel. Terrible customer service. Avoid

First time getting from here last night and i dont know why i havnt gone sooner! Hands down the best indian restaurant in drogheda. The food is very authentic and freshly cooked. If anybody from the restaurant sees this please let the chefs know they did a great job. Ill definitely be ordering again.

I am now waiting 2 hours for my food to be delivered. I live 15 minutes away. I wont be ordering from here again. Also they ignored my phone calls and answered when I rang from another number. Absolute disgrace.

Garam Masala was first recommended to me more than a year ago. I have gone nowhere else since for an Indian takeaway. Food is excellent and superb value for money. Service is tops and all the staff are really friendly. A special mention for Maida, who is always so welcoming and pleasant.

Very bad and terrible customer service, experienced discrimination based on the food we have ordered. Miss Maida showed a rude attitude since the time we placed our order. I am so unfortunate to write feedback like this.We asked for an extra plate(kids) which she denied and said this is not our rule to give an extra plate.....got a plate after an argument.They did not display any rules anywhere in the restaurant even on the website.

Food is okay not "wow"!! But never been to a place before where customers are not allowed to order anything else in between the meals. Disappointed with the customer service.

We experienced badly today from one of the staffs whose name is maida in this restaurant ,was rude and insulted a lot.We couldn't have the meals properly after her negative behaviour.Iam requesting manager to do appropriate action towards her as early as possible.We tried to contact the manager but the staffs informed he is in annual leave.

So surprised how delicious our takeout was that we had to go back again for our last dinner while here on holiday, wish I could order your food in Australia 🤣

The delicious food, the generous portions and the quality of service puts this restaurant in a league of its own.

The food here is always delicious, whether it's take away, or sitting in. We sat in this time. There are 3 tables downstairs which understandably, the staff fill first, upstairs is a larger room with tables, & a nicer atmosphere. The atmosphere downstairs is not exactly great. It was a Friday night, & there were so many people coming in to collect takeaways (a testimony to how nice the food is) that there was a constant run of traffic from the kitchen with just eat drivers, & people standing watching you eat while waiting for their food. If this place had a little bit of a make over, & used the top part only for sitting in, & the downstairs for food collection, I think they'd get more diners wanting to sit in. All in all, I love the food, & the staff do go out of their way to help.

Horrible service, I always liked the food but in terms of service and delivery they are horrible. I've ordered three times and each time there was a problem with delivery. This time I waited more than two hours and in the end I didn't receive my food. I called several times and was like a parrot repeating my Eircode. horrible horrible,

This was our first time trying Garam Masala. The food was so tasty and the delivery very quick. We'll definitely be ordering from here again.

Fraudulent advertising. Ordered and paid via JustEat for food and delivery. Restaurant called few mins later asking me to pay over two times more for delivery. Took 30 mins to cancel the order and get my money back.

One of the worst experience ever. The behavior and attitude shown by the waiter was absolutely pathetic. He is insisted that we will be given the same food prepared for the “white people” and it is going to be his way or the Highway. We requested that he speak politely and not use racist comments he asked us "do you wana order or leave ?" We were a family of 5 adults and 2 infants who got kicked out even before placing the order. While leaving the premise, the lady at the counter asked us what happened and this person wouldn’t even let us speak about our experience and insisted that we leave the premises. I have never experienced anything like this before as a paying customer. The one star is for the lady asking us about our experience.

Delish can't fault a thing. I've tried a few times now and different dishes my fave is the butter chicken but far. Free poppadoms are a nice touch too

Authentic indian taste in drogheda ireland 😋😋

We haven't been here in a while. We had the early bird menu, although we did have to ask if they did an early bird. The food was perfect and tasty. The service was relaxed. It was a quiet Monday evening. For 15 Euro each for starter, main course and coffee, it was good value.
