Excellent customer service today 13/01/2022 the staff were outstanding and the food was lovely the place was spotless and very efficient service . I was served by a lovely lady and she couldn’t be anymore helpful she was so lovely to my grandson well done all round we will definitely be back and will be telling others about the service and great food well done 👏👏

Have eaten here several times. Staff very attentive especially with a child that requires a special touch. Highly recommend this place to all and if like me you are somewhat disabled the staff will help you with your needs

Had lunch there today at 12.30 . Served by a blonde hair lady . Service was super fast and she was really friendly and polite . Food came out about 5 minutes after ordering . Food was piping hot and was delicious . Super service and great value for money .Will definitely return . You can't beat this place for good service and value for money .

Ticked all of the boxes. Service was quick and easy and the staff were polite. Food arrived in less than 15 minutes which was very good. I ordered the chilli beef nachos and the portion size was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

This is easily the worst experience I've had in a restaurant. They made me PAY for MY Food!😡😡😡. THATS NOT ALL, the food they gave me was properly prepared and delectable 🖕🖕. The Waiter was the most polite man I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. I hate his guts. I would not recommend anyone to eat here lest they want a wonderful experience🤓🤓🤓

Food was amazing! Order came very quick. Great atmosphere as well.

Went in with the misses, was greeted very friendly. Things changed very quickly the seats where held on by ducktape that let loose and had black dirty gunk on it because every things sticks to the loose tape. The menus were giving and it felt sticky dirty. We went out did not order the tape and sticky menu card was just a nono. Can't say anything about the food so 5 stars

Was there today, I went up and paid our bill but sat back down as my daughter was still eating. When we where leaving I could see the guy who I paid looking at us as we left. He then came out to my partner and accused him of not paying the bill !!. He didn't even apologise for his error. I wont be back

Great Service, great Food. You would not think as the inside does look a bit worn off. But food is great and price wise 10 EUR for burger, side and coke (or milkshake) is great value. Just please one note to management, please renovate and this place would be even more fantastic.

The prices are very affordable, but I recommend that you do not set your bar high in terms of taste. It is a good business for those who want to have enough.

Made a JustEat order, 30 mins after the order was confirmed, food being prepped, driver at the restaurant, suddenly get a notification my orders been canceled after 30mins, food should’ve been near enough on its way at that stage since the driver was already at the restaurant Rang to try find out why it was cancelled since I ordered just short of an hour before they closed for delivery Nothing, no reason no excuse Why let an order go on for over 30mins then cancel it with the driver at the restaurant then not answer the phone, would’ve appreciated a reason had they answered the phone if there was an emergency or something else, nope, nothing, such disrespect to their own clients

Been a while since ordering from shake dog and its all gone down hill. Everything we ordered was dry, overcooked..burger was lacking flavour, didn't finish it and it all went to the bin.

To be positive or honest? I can't give any place that makes me throw up at the table a good review. I was here today on the 11th of February. Order 400404. Aside from that, I ordered a cheeseburger and it came without cheese. The staff didnt say/do/offer anything. The meat had way too much pepper on it as well, but minor issue compared to staff issues and actual health issues. The milkshake was good at least.
