After 5 months of consumption experience, I would like to say another point. Generally speaking, the service is in place, and some delivery delays occur, most of which occur during very busy periods. For example, the uber ordering system requires manual input in the store, and the order number cannot be displayed in the On the screen, this will delay a lot of time. During busy hours, can we arrange two employees in front of the cashier, and one employee is responsible for taking out orders, which can greatly improve efficiency, and cooperate with food delivery companies to let them optimize the system as much as possible , to provide a comprehensive service support! Food delivery services have been running for about 15 years in other countries and chain stores, and they can learn from their methods to give customers the best consumption experience. This is my personal suggestion.

Can't get over how bad the service at the drive threw is here. Everytime I go and I never learn. Multiple things forgotten with our order. Food stone cold, when I drove back around to get the order changed to hot food, given cold food again! After waiting for it, both times. Monkeys could run it better. It's beyond a joke!

My uncle Sean just took delivery from your fine establishment and I regret to say he was extremely disappointed when the order received was not the order conceived. He has just informed us he will not be frequenting your premises again unless he receives a call from the manager.

I hope someone from the management will read this...I really hope... I had probably the worst takeaway experience ever! Today, 23/11/2022 at 21:00 I payed for the order at Drogheda McDonald's, I ordered Happy Meal with fish fingers and Fanta no ice and Mayo Chicken... I got a happy meal with overcooked fish fingers, hard like stone, fanta with ice even after at the window I hand it back because was with ice and instead of mayo chicken was nuggets...the fries were about 8 chips...It was a very nice surprise to my child when I arrived home! Didn't go back because I'm living too far to go back late evening... I don't know who is working there but obviously many of those are just not the right person to do the job.

Ordered fries 2 burgers, fries were fine but both burgers were cold and meat looked like it was half cooked and left to sit for a day or two

It's a good McDonalds but I never had such a salty Cheeseburger before, also got curry dip when I asked for ketchup. Happy with it all things considered. Nice location.

I get to children happy meals and burger for myself every saturday. And every time they mix up something. Forget to remove pickles and onions from children burgers or toy is missing. Or even today I ordered bacon grand big mac and didn't get bacon.... common guys is it so hard to check orders?

Last weekend I hosted a significant birthday party of 40 people ranging in age from 9- 90. We placed an order for the 40 people and collected the order. The food was perfectly warm, each bag individually labelled, and a large selection of sauces. Every one of the 40 orders was correct. The service on the phone and in the Drogheda branch was efficient, professional and so patient. I will definitely go there again. A great experience enjoyed by us all. Thank you so much .

How hard is it to make sure you place them in the centre of the 🍔? This ain't rare event to ignore. It's been happening quite regularly. I just lost it, when i had the meal last time. I understand the fact, at times when the place is chaotic, there may be some room for error. Sadly, it isn't 😮‍💨 Hope the management, look into it.

So slow, went through the drive through I only ordered 2 burgers minimum of 4 cars after me got their food first they all kept getting their food I went in twice looking for my order I will never come back to this location. Service just terrible

Good place very busy both inside and drive through.staff friendly and manage to smile no matter how busy it gets. Toilets are clean but a bit tight .parking outside is ok , next to petrol station.

Cmon mcdonalds drogheda get your finger out of your a*s and check your orders before they go out for delivery. Many times wrong stuff delivered. Today stuff missing off my order .5 item order and 2 items missing seriously what a joke .

For the past year at least every time I've gotten a delivery from them there has been something missing. We only order a few times every now and then but can always guarantee something won't be there. And no customer service skills when it comes to dealing with the matter. Wouldn't be bothered getting from them again. May aswell be throwing money into the abyss🤷‍♀️

Cool place for a quick treat but every 6 months not more then that 🤣 keeping that body in shape 😄 BTW new shakes have arrived omg amazing stuff 😋😋😋❤️

Experienced extremely poor customer service characterized by rudeness, and the food received was a bit on the colder side.

Food is as good as McDonald's can be. Don't like that cars are about to pull off from drive-through at the door. Unsafe for children who are their target audience. Wheelchair/Babychanging Toilet locked. Upon asking a helpful staff member, she retrieved the key. Maybe put a notice up to ask for a key from a member of staff. I would also suggest staff open the door, as while holding a child and stuff to change the child. It's quite hard to use the keys.

The food is good and the service is grand, but this location never fails to be quiet for a second. There is always a stream of cars in the drive thru and you can only access the restaurant from one side of the road. This means I have to drive into town and make a bunch of turns to come down the correct road, or pull an illegal u-turn which I'm not about to attempt. All in all, good food, horrible location.

Lovely gardens, we were lucky to have chanced upon bit of a craft market Wine, cake, beer and other items for sale. Enjoyable walk down to the battle field Weather made it good as well There were guided tours but we never chose one on this occasion This is also a site for a Parkrun

Just got my order with food missing AGAIN. I specifically wrote on the poxy instructions to double check the bag because stuff was missing last time and asked for salt and red sauce and none either. €30 for half of the stupid order. Not able to answer the phone either. Also opened the burger and omg like hire new staff or something.

I love this McDs, I generally go once a week, there is a great buzz with the young clientel. Wonderful floor staff, tidying up and organising seating for you if it's in full swing

Ordered food on the Just-eat app and after waiting over an hour I contacted the restaurant and they said they were very busy and food would be with us shortly. 10 minutes after contacting them they cancelled my order. I contacted Just-eat and they confirmed McDonald's cancelled my order. This is the second time they have done this to me. If they can't cope don't take people's orders. Disgraceful service...

The verbal communication with the drive thru on 26/11/2023 was disgusting-“yeah, what you want?”, then left out part of my order AGAIN, discovered after I drove 7km home. Rang 8 times and no answer. Disgusting engagement and terrible service. It would be -10 stars if I could give it. Advice would be to avoid and go to the McDonalds in either Dundalk or Navan.

Do not order delivery. The majority of time we've gotten stuff delivered, they'd forget to include items or give the wrong items. Great in person but I don't know how they make a dog's dinner of every delivery order. Once is a mistake but this kind of thing has happened on our last 3 orders. Not worth the grief.

Very helpful staff. I brought a large group here and thought I was being clever by getting everyone to pre-order through a link from UberEats. Then discovered that UberEats only allow delivery so I couldn't place the order. So I went in with my mega order and a very helpful lady put it in for me, and assured me it was no trouble at all. Helped us out afterwards when one order went astray. Thank you!

This only due to a rude delivery driver for your company. He was seen shouting at other road users and throwing his weight around because he drives a HGV. Aa for the restaurant itself 4 stars. This happened at about 10am on Tuesday the 6th of September 2022.

Horrible kip - food almost always served cold, missing items in order, noisy; overly bright, beepy. Finally drogheda has a couple of great burger joints I don’t know how anyone other than deadbeat dads goes to this place

Staff were lovely...but seemed under pressure for breakfast rush. Although it was a longer wait, food was fresh and coffee was delish. Can't fault them.

This is probably one of the worst McDonalds branches in Ireland. Drive through is designed poorly, anyone going should be taking extra caution as it can be quite chaotic and end up in a car accident. The store itself - quite messy inside, clearly they do not have enough people to look after the place, but could you blame them? You have to be a different breed to work in this devils armpit. Their delivery service is the only reason for two stars. 4 out of 5 times the food arrives stone cold and once in few times it does not arrive at all. There is definitely room for improvement.

Our Matthews coach never came and so we jumped onto the red setter which stopped everywhere so by the time we arrived in Drogheda we were starving and tired. Friendly staff and efficient service. We sat inside which we were delighted to be able to do and it was very clean. Food was fresh and hit the spot.

Initial experience of drive through positive. Easy to order and delivery very quick. However I was disappointed with my quarter pounder hamburger. It was very dry and hard.

Extremely slow drive thru each time. 20 min wait with only 3 cars area. If you ask a customer to wait in the parking lot make sure you don't let their coffee get cold.

I was first time there and was so surprised to get this quality at Mc Donalds. All my food was hot fresh . Our Frappuccino’s made to perfection. It will be my favorite McDonald’s from now on. Thumbs up and thank you so much for your great service. Still speechless 😉

Machine wouldn't accept our cards. Waited a while to get service at the register. Just wanted to stop in since we were on the road and couldn't sit in a restaurant at the moment. Staff was nice. Food didn't have salt and was pretty dry and sad.

Stopped in here yesterday. Was met with a smile by all the staff. I could see into the kitchen and everywhere I looked someone was cleaning. The food was indeed fast and delicious. Well done drogheda team, you are a credit to the company.

The drive through is a disaster, on many occasions items have not been included to much disappointment when I got home, but last night was the worst experience I have had at this Mcdonalds. I ordered at drive through with only one car in front of me, i was told to pull into bay 1 for food after 20 minutes and 2 other cars pulling in and receiving there food I called the guy bringing out the food he told me he would come with mine straight away when there was no sign of him I had to go into the restaurant and he was behind the counter with the 2 bags with my food, I asked him what was the hold up and he said they had been waiting on the big mac ??????? When I got home the food was cold and soggy and What should have been a chicken legend with bbq sauce was a plain bun and chicken, 29 euros of food went straight in the bin. They really need to sort out the orders at the drive through
