Made
an
order
for
delivery
at
1920hrs.
Said
it
would
take
1.5hrs
which
I
thought
was
very
long
but
understood
as
it
was
a
Saturday.
It
came
to
the
delivery
time
and
still
no
sign.
We
then
rang
the
shop
to
see
if
the
order
had
been
sent
yet.
The
lady
was
very
nice
but
sounded
a
bit
unsure,
then
said
the
order
went
with
the
delivery
guy
10
minutes
ago.
It
had
been
20
minutes
since
this
and
still
no
sign.
We
rang
again
at
2115
explaining
the
order
still
wasn’t
here
but
was
wondering
could
we
get
a
refund
instead
as
we
have
been
delaying
our
plans
for
the
night.
We
could
hear
the
staff
talking
amongst
themselves
and
whispering,
then
the
staff
hung
up
on
my
partner,
so
I
phoned
myself
unsure
why
the
phone
“disconnected”
and
asked
politely
was
it
possible
just
to
receive
a
refund.
The
lady
then
said
the
order
had
just
left
the
premises.
I
explained
I
thought
this
had
left
several
minutes
beforehand.
The
staff
said
she
would
try
to
find
the
manager.
During
this
phone
call
the
order
arrived
to
my
house
and
to
be
totally
honest
seemed
like
too
much
hassle
to
get
refunded
and
we
waited
this
long
for
the
food
so
just
accepted
it.
When
I
rang
myself
the
lady
was
very
apologetic,
but
when
my
partner
phoned
we
didn’t
feel
it
was
handled
very
well.
The
food
was
lovely
and
was
very
warm
and
fresh
-
so
unsure
if
our
order
was
forgotten,
that’s
ok
as
mistakes
happen
but
please
just
keep
me
informed
instead
of
saying
it’s
on
the
way
when
it
isn’t,
so
we
know
what’s
happening
and
don’t
end
up
frustrated.
