Personally, I absolutely love this place, the food is great tasting and the delivery is nice and quick. The biggest problems I would say is communication and staffing, in my opinion there needs to be a different person on the phone, so that there would be no mess ups when delivering. Staffing is also something that could be worked on, maybe getting a few delivery guys for more deliveries faster and as said earlier, more and or different people/person on the phone. I do recommend this food place as with the variety of food and the quality is great.

Good food, good staff, but a couple of times having my food delivered an hour and a half pushes me to shop for something else.

I I ordered a pizza and onion rings yesterday 28/01. The pizza arrived about an hr after I ordered it. The pizza arrived very cold even the box it came in was very cold. I was annoyed but decided rather than send it back I would microwave it as I was hungry. The pizza was not only cold but was also flavourless, it was the worst pizza I have tasted in a lot of years and I ended up throwing it out. I probably should have sent it back but I was so disappointed I just didn’t bother. I have had food from your restaurant in the past including pizza and it has been ok but this time it was barley edible. I contacted the restaurant advising them of my experience but I have had no reply as yet! I could not recommend this restaurant for pizza.

Bamboo Gate is a fantastic Chinese. The food is delicious, the portions are great and the service is second to none. I have ordered from all the usual Chinese's locally and I can say for sure Bamboo Gate are in a league of their own. Always polite. Delivery never late, orders always correct. Food always hot and fresh. Their spice bags and are a huge favourite in our house. Highly recommended.

If there was an option for no stars I would choose it. Wednesday ordered online some food for family, after 1 hour waiting period attendant on the phone tell me that driver is not back yet. I have to go to shop and pick it myself. Average food. Delivery and waiting time is absolutely disgusting and bad experience. Won't recommend unless you pick it up from the shop.

Nice take away food. It's not the ritz but you know that before going to this place. There is a very big menu from Chinese dishes, traditional chipper dishes and pizzas. There is a comfortable seating area inside and take away is available. There is some parking out front but also a huge car park to the rear. Nice food all in all, always keep a menu in the house so it must be good

ordered food last night at around 8pm and the chicken tasted very funny but i didn’t think anything of it, cut to 4am violently getting sick and have been ever since. also only ordered from down the road and it took around 80 minutes to get to my house

Service is terrible, for Drogheda area they charge me extra 3.50€ when driver came. But I already paid for that online, food quality is low. Im not recommending that place, better to save your money. Awful take away in my life!

Whilst the food has always been great the customer service is deplorable. Ordered at 1620hrs for delivery at 7pm. Food had not arrived by 1945hrs.Tried to call phonelines dead, drove there and all the owner said was driver just left. No apology offered and she had the nerve to ask me if there was anything else she could help me with.

They have to be the best Pizzas we ever had. Well recommended
