    I don’t know how many times I’ve been here. It’s delicious and makes you want to eat it several times a month. It’s crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, especially the fried chicken wings, served with fries, sauce, and Pepsi. Well, another day full of energy.

    I visited today and it was extremely bad. I had a chicken fillets burger and the chicken was tough and stringy. The bread was dry as if it was refrigerated. There was zero flavour from the coating. I threw it in the bin and went to John's Centra where the food is vastly superior. Should have gone there in the first place.

    Small portion sizes, overcooked dry tough chicken. My order got messed up, and they didn’t even try to resolve it. Needs a major staff change

    Man i love the fries from KFC, i do not normally ever get KFC but i got one recently for the first time in a long time and wow these fries are insane chicken and all that is good like i remember, but damn I don't remember the fries bein dis good, atmosphere from this one in drogheda is a bit poor no craic at all, be better if was closer to the main town, the service was all good no complaints,

    Food was great, service was relatively fast. Chips had chicken sale which I’ve never seen in a KFC before. Greeting more Costly now though, I’d be reluctant to consider KFC true fast food anymore.

    I was not happy at all and will not eat in KFC again the bags of chips are much smaller it would have been suitable for a kiddies meal, they think people don't notice they've made chip bags smaller, rip off

    Even Mcdonald is better. On pictures box meal looks bigger than actual is. From kids meal my kids left place hungry. Never go back and not recommend to others

    If I could give place a 0 I would. They severed us burgers with mould on the buns and said this normal !!!!!!!! They changed the burgers but there was still mould and said “they always look like that” they definitely don’t because I have had KFC a lot before and never had that issue !!!! They were so rude honestly

    Today I went through drive in for the order and I waited for long time to get a person to take order and she told us you can’t come through this channel and if you come next time we will not provide order. This is the reply from the representative IF IT IS NOT FUNCTIONAL WHY DID THE CHANNEL IS STILL OPEN?. And with out making any notification before the drive in, how the customers will be able to know.

    This review is based on my customer experience with a genuine,honest,polite gentleman, whom I met at the counter,named Eric on 23/06/23 around 7 pm.Absolutely professional ,catered to my needs and valued my rights as a customer,which many of the Staffs would not( based on my previous experience where they would have merely focused on the sole purpose of business). KFC is very lucky to have employed a professional customer friendly staff like Eric.Thanks very much for your service today, Eric. You made my day!

    It is very difficult to give places 5 stars these days but this place deserves it! The mini fillets are nice and crispy, staff are sound and gets your order correct first go! Never a problem. Keep up the fantastic work and keep those mini fillets crispy with a crunch ;)

    Ordered original receipt chicken 3 piece plus drink. Portions were two small legs and thigh with very little meat. Disappointed given the price. I won't be rushing back.

    Be sure to check what you order is what you get. We ordered vegan burger with hashbrowns and extra cheese, we only found this after we got the order but got this sorted later. Mistakes happen but not sure how many would have paid extra for the stuff they did not get (imagine drive thru where you pay for a stuff and not get it on your order).

    Tiny piece of zinger chicken breast with rice and over loaded with sour sauce to drown the chicken and all mushed up to one end of the box it is packaged (served) in, not much rice either so if you don't want the salad, you don't get much for your €7.95 including two easy singles cut in half and tasted cheap as it looked. Tables not regularly cleaned. Floors dirty. Could be much better without increased cost. Pity. Bought takeaway in error so don't think staff thought it worth supplying me with good quality or quantity. Double manual door system can be a major issue for wheelchair users.

    Everytime I ask for coffee there's none some excuse machine is broke another time no T bags .I love the chicken burger but love my coffee so now I go else where .The attitude of some of staff leaves alot to be desired.

    We visited 5 days ago, after seeing "Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore" in the cinema. We ordered a 1 piece snack box each (for my sister and I) and a zinger burger(for my mam). The staff were awesome, as well as the food. The best experience I have ever had in this KFC!!

    26/11/23 was here today after a visit to the retail park, it was busy. We ordered food and it came pretty quick excellent quick and easy food and tasty. We will be back for sure

    Customer service and food quality has improved alot over the years, still dislike how they store large batches of hot wings in a hot hold. It always end up all dried and blackened , basically burnt by the hothold. Update July 2022, their food is now amazing! Hot... Service is great, food was fresh and hot ..! Best KFC experience

    KFC Gravy has gone to the dogs and I'm not the first to say or think this. Absolutely no flavour to it anymore. Hillbillys in Dublin do a much better gravy.

    Meant to be open until 8 pm as understaffed. But already closed at 6.55 pm due to being understaffed! Has to be the worst kfc in ireland, the only one I've had multiple issues at. Check out hillbillys instead. Shame there ain't one on town. Makes this place look silly

    Good and quick service But the chicken quality could be improved..wonder if they can let it properly fried as a few time I found it to be uncooked and lack of spices. Tried kfc all over the world and truly believe kfc Ireland can do better

    wrong hours on google. showed up there and nobody would let us in. it was either 9 or 10 cant remember. then they wouldnt even do it through drive thru as we have no car. we're homeless and we said it to them. walked in the lashings of rain to get some food and shelter. disgusting behaviour.

    Friendly staff and good food. You usually know what to expect with fast food places but this branch are better than a lot. Always a good experience wirh the food and the staff. The food is always handed over hot and served in a decent manner. They have special offers on different days which was a nice surprise.

    The only problem here is exiting the drive thru to leave the car park. .as you exit , there should be a good space to get back on to the road but there isn't and it's a nightmare when it's busy people trying to get out

    Order took 15 minutes.. a burger and chips !!!and there was only 2 people in queue. Burger was OK but chips were like rubber and my drink was flat..its the only time I've got weak food from a KFC Store. I won't be back to this one

    Another visit after while. But this time definitely last one. Stinky chicken drumstick served again. How many people are not aware of low quality of meat and eat stinky, old products. Definitely it's not first time that happened to me which. Never ever KFC.

    Just a plain fast food joint. Lousy chicken, slow service, wait in line, no table service. Staff like robots, No Coke, only Pepsi. Dirty toilet. Avoid if possible.
