    Brilliant service, great food. Visited Sunday 30th. Packed, but great girl kept tables and floors immaculate, and a smile on her face.😇👍

    Supermacs in M1 retail park today. 25 min wait for chicken on the bone. I had to change my order. Paid 43 euro for 4 x chicken breast sandwich meal + curry sauce. Order arrived chis were clearly reheated and not edible at times. No curry sauce left. I could wait 15 -20 mins if I wanted curry sauce. Very poor customer experience. Food gone downhill considerably. Disappointing

    Excellent 👌 very friendly staff and of course food was fantastic 😋 and I was there a few weeks ago I traveled from Portadown around 50 miles... well worth it 😋

    Customer service could do with some improving used the drive through and customer in front dropped their money at the window when it was my turn I tried to make light conversation about the incident however staff member was extremely defensive and rude making reference to my accent. I apologised if there had been a misunderstanding however this was met with more downright rudeness. Such a shame as staff are usually pleasant. Food was 100% just this encounter put a dampener on overall experience.

    Great place to eat on the go and even after shopping with the kids. Great selection of meals. Their chicken is juicy. Just a bit steep on the pricing.

    Always fantastic and never as busy as the other offerings along the motorway. Always nice foods, and a good choice when stopping by with our family. The waiter is really good, he was asking if we needed anything, chatted to us, was constantly busy tidying- it's a really nice place.

    My must go place for garlic bread, the best garlic bread in Ireland. Even Papa John in UK taste differently.

    Good tasting food. Been there twice now and been satisfied both times with it. The downside is that it is really loud inside the restaurant, both music, ac and from the kitchen. The ac is needed because of the bigger windows facing the sun but it's very loud (I believe it was the ac atleast) Staff seemed good aswell, maybe a little overstaffed at the occasions when we visited

    I was in supermacs today and I wish id asked the girl who was serving me at the till what her name was because she was so lovely and offered great service. She was young and on the tills today at about half 4. The place was so busy but she just seemed really on the ball and totally aware engaged in her job & the customers, she'll be running the place in no time.

    The garlic and cheese chips have to get a mention. Plenty of garlic sauce, unlike some other Suprermacs and just enough grated cheese. Best we have had so, well done. Everything else was up to scratch, clean and tidy.

    Best milkshake in town but the machine is always broken. The cashier was very unfriendly and just seemed she didn't want to be there. Waited a very long time for the food order to come out and to be honest, the food wasn't that good for the money spent. Sadly won't be back anytime soon.

    By far the best supermac's I've been to. Staff were young but very polite and pleasant to deal with (unlike 4 supermac's in Galway). Place was very clean and plenty of parking. Food was spot on and nicest burger I've ever eaten in any supermac's and I've been to over 20 throughout Ireland. Burger wasn't greasy or cold it wasn't even squashed it was the nicest, hottest, tidyest & tasty burger ever in any supermac's.

    had a friend with a dietary issue and could only have cheese and chips. reused to cook some bacon to add to it even if we payed for it. I had to get extra bacon on my burger and take it off for his meal. petty behaviour. then all the orders were wrong when she brought them to the table. it's a fast food place not rocket science

    Went here while driving down to Dublin.. The super mac was luke warm and bland. The mayo from the packet was actually just oil. The coke zero I drove off with tasted off, like the syrup was half missing. Service was good though, food was a regret

    Friendly staff but look at this picture. €5.25 for this chicken wrap by itself. There's not much chicken in this for that price. Better value to be had at your local shop deli for the same thing.

    what a joke of a place, staff are under trained, female manger was rude and probably the worst trained in customer service what chance do the staff have! 1star for the guy who seated us and checked if all was OK... AVOID this place if you want a calm dinning experience!

    We took our grand children the enjoyed a kiddies meal with some ice cream for desert we had chicken burgers very nice but I had a biscuits bonoffie ice cream delicious

    As a regular to supermacs m1 retail park I'm sorry to say that lately the quality of service is going downhill .the last 3 visits I've had to send food back as it was not good. This visit the chips in snackbox were reheated/overcooked and cappuccino was FLAT. Didn't want hassle of complaining again as last time manager looked at me as if I had 2 heads and seemed to take it personal that I complained. It's a shame because it's irish owned and food is good quality.

    Meat on the burger was reheated. Chewy meat and hard at the edges. When I said it to them they asked if I would like a fresh one as if they already know 🤬 won’t be back here

    Nice food, very clean, Lauren behind the tills is running the tills and the drive through-doing a great job! Looks a bit tired from Serving Everyone, hope Shes getting paid well!
