5/5 for presentation. The food looked lovely. 5/5 customer service. The two waitresses we met were so kind and helpful. 1/5 for the food. My boyfriend and I weren't fans of the food. I ordered the chicken burger, but the chicken was really dry. The wings we choose had a weird after taste, but that could be due to our own personal preferences. The milkshakes were just ok. 5/5 presentation wise, but the taste was nothing special. I'm afraid the best things we had were the chips, milkshakes and the side of salad that came with both meal.

This was a lovely cafe/restaurant about 1 year ago when I last visited. Now it's a joke with new owners. Restaurant was only a quarter full at the time. Waitress had to be asked to clean the table and show you to a vacant table while waiting ages at the door on a raining day. Ordered tea, can of coca cola and two lots of food. Was waiting over 30 mins for food. So I left just after paying for the drinks. Waste of time going here.

The staff are very friendly and the food is remarkably nice; I am quite fond of the strawberry ice cream! I had a wonderful time here; it’s a really pleasant place to chill, hang out and catch up with friends. 💖

Interesting restaurant. Seems to suffer from an identity crisis. It doesn't know if it wants to be a brunch cafe, a romantic bistro, or a Chinese takeaway. Both the decor and the food suggest this. They seem to serve everything from roast dinners, pastas, and lunch sandwiches to spice bags and chicken balls. Their menu is quite extensive, with at least six or seven pages bound in a thick cover like a fancy wine bar menu. Taking this into account, the food I've tried is actually quite delicious, served quickly, reasonably priced, and well-presented. (I had a stir fry dish and salt and pepper chips). This place never seems busy on the floor, but it appears most of their business seems to be in their takeaway service. Perhaps it is a Chinese takeaway after all. I see no reason why I wouldn't return, if not to try something different.

Normally like the food from here, but tonight the food was very poor. Spent nearly fifty quid on a delivery for us to not eat 3/4 of it. Tried to ring the restaurant but no answer. Pasta was undercooked and cold with lots or raw garlic to the point it was inedible. Everything was stone cold and solidified. Very disappointed

It was awful, menu is too big so they don't know what they are, decor is dated and hideous. The food was greasy and unappealing, won't be going back again.

We had mushroom soup and lovely brown bread 🍞. I've been here over the last number of years . I've never been disappointed. Well worth a visit.

Ordered prawn noodles and a side of mixed veg, what I got was hard dry prawns with no onions through it, 5 small prawns and a carton of carrots. Rang and complained to the company no refund or replacement offered. It was utterly horrendous food and quite shocked they would see it fit to serve to a customer.

Bia is a great place as it has seating which is always nice. Although, the main reason to go would it be the food, the menu has lots of different options including some Chinese if you're in the mood. You can get a full Irish breakfast in the middle of the day which is what my friend did the last time we went to Bia. Bia is great if you just want to sit down and relax while eating your food.

It's an ok little cafe. Needs a good clean. Sticky surfaces and the cups could have been cleaner. The girls that looked after us were lovely but run off their feet. The food was ok nothing special and the coffee's are not great. 10/10 for the staff 5/10 for the food.

Ordered takeaway food for delivery - took 1.5 hours to get freezing cold food - just out of pure hunger we heated it up to eat it! And then the wrong food was delivered! Never again!!!!

Nice friendly staff. Food is good. Prices reasonable. Location a bit out of the way in town but manageable.

Lovely meal at a great price. The burger was delicious but it was a tad too juicy. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The place was extremely clean and very busy. It’s a great place to get lunch or dinner with plenty of food including burgers, pasta and stir fry.

🫤 Disappointing. Food was Okay, but not great. Extremely long wait, 30 minutes for food to arrive, considering the restaurant was almost empty. Throughout the entire dining experience, not a single waiter attended to our table, all spent their time talking at the bar. We were served by a manager who s...
