Very spacious, and clean ,but when I arrived at our hotel room I couldn't find the TV remote and The kettle. In room 402 the wallpaper behind the left side of the bed is ripped and needs to be fixed. There is no Air conditioning and the windows opened slightly so it was very hot, other than that Staff were nice.

Nice hotel, decent food, helpful staff. I stayed the night of the storm and the windows weren't effectively soundproofed. Otherwise a really good stopover and so convenient for Dublin port 25 mins away.

Great place with lots to walk to. Great easy access to the beach and a cool walk you can do down there. Good coffee up the block at Molly’s. Room is super comfy and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Only issue is there is no elevator from the lower levels of the parking garage to the lobby so you have to drag all of your stuff up back the way you drove in to the street level. So, keep that in mind. Would def stay here again. Also great breakfast that starts at 7am. Good WiFi.

Very friendly and lovely. We went for a week and we felt very at home. Take bus 11 from the Airport and it will bring you to the hotel. It’s very simple. The Train Station is very close as well. We ate diner in the hotel at out arrivel and it was delicious! The service is exellent. I emailed a couple of times because I had some questions and they respond very quick end helpfull. We slept at the back of the hotel and it was very quiet. We even had a seaview!

Wasn't impressed with barman cleaning his nails with some kind of utensil behind the bar. Not very friendly either. The rooms were spotless. First morning at breakfast the chef surprised my son with Nutella pancakes. Very nice gesture.

Great location 5 minute walk away from both the train station and the beach. Fantastic Sunday carvery the best around, the only criticism would be the plate sizes for the small portion dinner, they're too small the food falls off the plate once you start cutting into it, as there is not enough room on the plate. I had the larger portion dinner, so I could eat the food comfortably.

Had afternoon tea with a friend out in the lobby which was so chilled and very comfortable. Great value and delicious at 50 euro. We come for the food from time to time and I'd highly recommend the general food menu too. The staff are super friendly and very attentive. I love the chilled atmosphere and the super comfy sofas. Will be back again soon!

Great service and friendly team! I stayed here Saturday to Sunday, and needed to print some documents, but there was no printing shops open in town that day. But the team at reception was super helpful and did it for me in the hotel, something I really appreciated. The people at hotel is very familiar and approachable, and will make your stay very warm.

We just left this lovely hotel after a week-long stay and miss it already! The staff are wonderful, the food is excellent and the bar was top notch. Balbriggan is charming with a scenic and easily accessible beach; this was the perfect location for a family friendly vacation. A big thanks to everyone at the Bracken Court Hotel for making us feel at home!

We booked in for one night here as we were flying our from Dublin early in the morning. Superb location, 20 minutes drive from the airport. The room was spotless, large and well presented. The bed was comfortable and a great size for both of us. The on site bar/restaurant was amazing. We had cocktails galore made by a man who'd been pulling pints and making drinks for longer than I've been alive. The braised featherblade was fantastic. I've just spent the last 4 weeks touring italy and Ireland and on my last night had the best meal. If I'm ever back in balbriggan, I'll be back here. Honestly couldn't recommended it enough.

Ok, it's not a 5 star hotel but the rooms are clean, the food is very good, reasonably priced but the staff.... excellent. Each and every one of them always greet you with a smile and are so customer friendly. Definitely recommend.

A bit dated. No Aircon in room . Had dinner in bar , very nice. Good craic in there too. Balbriggan is a lovely place that needs investment . A lot of investment. Loads of dereliction. Great potential

Perfect hotel if visiting Dublin without the hustle and bustle. Train station 10 min walk. Live music on weekends adding to the enjoyment of the stay. Very friendly welcoming staff in reception and bar.

We have stayed at this hotel before albeit a few years ago and was pleased to see it was still open, so many places we’ve visited have since closed since the pandemic. On arrival there is a car park with about 30 spaces on street level; accessed through an arch. There were barriers but the machine was broken so I just drove through but the receptionist did advise that parking is normally complimentary to hotel guests. The entrance to the hotel is step free but the doors are manual. The receptionist that greeted me was very friendly and helpful and was happy to answer my questions. Our room was on the second floor and there was a small lift. The room was nice with all the things you’d expect: tea/ coffee, hairdryer, nice big bed and plenty of towels in the bathroom. The bed was firm but very comfortable; I did have a good nights sleep. The TV remote control had been cleaned and sealed in a bag which is a nice touch. Wi-Fi was really good which in most hotels is not the norm. We spent the evening in the bar. From reception there are a few steps into the bar area but there is also a ramp/ walkway to the dining area where you can also access the bar. We wanted to set up a tab to charge the room but was advised that you have to set that up at the reception so we just settled for running a tab and pay at the end of the night. The bar staff are excellent, great service, after the first round the barman brought our subsequent drinks to our table. Nice clean bar and bar area, can’t fault it. Breakfast was included in our booking and it’s served from 06:30-10:30. On arriving in the dining hall we were greeted by a pleasant lady who took our room number and offered us tea/ coffee before showing us to our table. All the usual stuff you’d expect, a selection of juices/ cereals, some fruit and a selection of hot food, including white and black pudding you just tell the chef what you want. I get the ferry from Dublin to Wales quite regular and get up at a ridiculous hour to drive to Dublin but as this is only 20/30 mins away from the port I will definitely stay here the night before. Overall a great stay. Helpful, friendly staff, nice room, bar on site and a great breakfast to start off our day.

What a lovely evening and night we had. Fab food and music. Staff were very attentive and friendly especially Jemma. Bar staff were also very friendly. Have to say great customer service through out. Well done to all at the bracken court.

Great staff in Reception, Bar and Restuarant. The room was clean and comfortable and a small problem with electrical power in our room (caused by our failure to realise that we had to put our card key in the slot by the door to get the plug circuits to work - not just the lights -doh!). The error of our ways was swiftly corrected by the reception staff who sent the hotel porter to our room complete with a fan to help cool the room. The food in the Bar was excellent with extremely good service and I had probably the best Seafood Linguini I have ever tasted. We enjoyed our three night break in this hotel and we will return again any time we come back to the Dublin area.

We had the most delicious Featherblade of beef yesterday in the restaurant! Absolutely the best beef I've had in a long time. Melt in your mouth meat, fluffy mash and perfectly cooked selection of veg. I'll definitely be back for this!!!

We stayed here on the 26 th December 2023 for a festive Christmas meal and entertainment .Rooms were clean and comfortable and warm ..staff were very friendly ..only big drawback was. Food service at the function ..there was a huge gap about 50 min between 1st and 2nd course ..don't know why as they were lots of staff .it was so disappointing sd wr got our food very late .it was a shame as it ruinrf the night and we were eatingtoo late ..food was hot but such a shame it wasn't served sooner ..we do love this hotel but I think courses need to be served quicker than it was

The screams of the seagulls were annoying, we had to open the windows because the rooms didn’t have airconditioning. The rooms where just very old… The shower door was broken, some of our people in the group told us they didn’t had a bath tub, it was just removed and there was a hole in their bathroom. The food and service was amazing though. And in the neighborhood is a cute harbor and beach to have a nice walk

Lovely rooms, nice bar area. Great staff, food was not the best. Veggie burger was a ball of stuffing- on a gluten free Bap. Wasn't nice at all. Sauce ran off my wings, it was split and sat in the bottom of the dish. Staff got me more sauce and we're helpful.

The rooms were nice if not a bit basic, staff were pleasant and helpful. Ordered breakfast which was disappointing, one sausage, one egg and 2 bacon. I expected more on my plate, especially when other items were selected on the menu.

Stayed in this hotel recently. Staff were excellent and very accommodating. Food in the bar was very good and the Guinness was great also. Good secure free parking was a plus as well as you have to pay to park in a lot of hotels in Dublin. Looking forward to staying again.

Beautiful hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were bright and clean. In centre of town close to all amenities and 5min walk to gorgeous sandy beach. Breakfast is a must. Fresh produce and wide variety of options. Bar staff were terrific. All the staff did, so friendly and really made our stay a great one. This was our 4th time here and will definitely return soon. Everytime has been an absolute pleasure Highly recommended

At first was brilliant staff so friendly good laugh food was lovely could not knock it anyway. But the room was not very clean at all bed was like a rock ye might as well sleep on a bench in the park. We were told room service but at 12.40 am we couldn't get a drink or a sandwich even after spending alot at bar. But the receptionist said no way even if we went down for them still said no.

Room has is good, I would like a fridge and a shower without the bath, not great at climbing in and out. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. The food in the bar is exceptional, you must try the braised feather blade of beef, melt in the mouth.

Called I for breakfast this morning Christmas eve we did it last year and it was lovely so , we decided to do it again and I have to say we weren't disappointed. The food was all freshly cooked we got there at about 9.10 am guests staying in the hotel were only starting to come down for brekkie. The staff were lovely the food delicious 😋 the price excellent 👏👏 The whole atmosphere was one of relaxed enjoyment 😉 I think this could become a very very nice family tradition 5☆ from us.

We had two staff Christmas parties over the last two Fridays and I have to say it was excellent. A very special thanks to Stephen who accommodated us at the very last minute when we had more than we expected. Over the two weekends we had nothing but good things to say about all the staff and the Christmas food and entertainment. Well done to all the staff.

We recently had our Wedding Reception at the Bracken Court Hotel and we cannot recommend them enough. From start to the finish there was never a problem with any requests and the support we received with organising our special day was outstanding. The team at the Bracken Court work so hard and really gave us all we asked for and more. We wish we could go back and do it all again! We will most certainly be coming back to the Bracken Court for future celebrations and will be recommending it to whoever will listen!

I was very satisfied with my stay. The staff were all great and welcoming. The room was clean, got a little stuffy for my liking at night even with the radiator turned off.

Had a very pleasant stay here. Food was very good and staff friendly. I would say more of a 3 star than a 4star as it is a bit outdated in parts. All round though very nice

Hotel is nice, bar area good. My bed was too soft however other guest said their beds were comfortable. Staff very helpful and polite. I left my credit card to secure our room and money was taken before we gave our authorisation to do so which I thought was out of order. Hotel is dated and in need of repair and restoration. Capet very stained and worn in our room. Good and not so good in our experience.
