I had a pretty bad experience in the Marshes KFC, ill never go into it again. I ordered a meal, it was accepted & I paid, the girl taking my order was lovely & she was clearly new staff. Another girl at the desk took over my order from there (bagging it up ect) When my order was ready and I went up to the counter to collect it, I looked in the bag and saw that it wasnt what I ordered which is no big deal, this isnt my complaint but I said to the girl who bagged my order that is was wrong & i ordered a different type of chicken & I didnt get the gravy I ordered. The girl got really defensive & told me that I didnt pay for gravy.. I didnt really know what to say, just said that I wanted gravy, she said 'so you want a gravy now' like I was inconveniencing her (I was the only person there ordering food) I said yes, and I also want the chicken I ordered. She said they only have one piece of the chicken I ordered and I said thats fine, ill just take that but she said no, they dont sell one piece meals & id already paid so she cant change it now, I said im not paying for a meal I didnt order & I didnt want the chicken that they gave me, I said if they didnt have what I ordered they should have told me before I paid. She went and got the manager, the manager was just as irritated with me and told me the girl who took my order is new, I said thats ok but I just want what I ordered. She questioned me like I was lying and asked me If I "specifically asked for that chicken" like I was making it up just to annoy them. She said ill have to wait 20 minutes for them to cook what I wanted, I said its grand ill just take a refund. The whole thing was such an ordeal. They could have just gave me the one peice of chicken, thrown in the gravy and it would have cost in or around the same price as id already paid so whats the big deal? She took the chicken out of the bag and put them back on the oven rack & the bag of chips were small & there was no one else there besides me. In the end I got a refund but it was such an ordeal, all that over some chicken! Never again.

Was KFC ever been to in all my life, got the Zinger burger meal and I think the chicken must have been on a diet it was that small and as for the chips did they think it was for a 2 year old with the little amount that was in the bag.

*FYI- This review is for KFC in town parks, it keeps changing to the marshes* We were going to have our tea here with the kids for a treat. The place is well decorated but it was empty (at 6pm) and all the staff seemed to be working the drive through. I took my daughter to the toilet & there wasn’t a bit of toilet roll. I went to the counter to see if I could get a napkin & they were empty also. Needless to say we skipped food & ate elsewhere. Very disappointing

Worst food I've ever seen, my friend's wraps is almost empty inside, some fries are raw, the service is indifferent, only the cleaning lady is nice for which I give her 5*

Marshes KFC needs to be better!!!! Young worker by the name of Patrick was extremely rude, did not greet me and said “what do u want” and almost hit my in the face with my receipt!!! Secondly I asked for ketchup and he rolled his eyes and got his Co-worker to give it to me. Lastly he made my Oreo Krushem and it tasted absolutely vile!!! No idea who hires workers like this but who ever it is needs to step up and hire better staff!!!!

RETAIL PARK STORE review, wrong location named on Maps. Quiet Sunday takeaway so no queue. Friendly staff at the counter, self order machines. Vegan chicken burger was nice & tasted fresh but the patty a bit dry. Would buy it again, didn't know KFC had any non-meat options.

The workers Patrick and Collie have served me on multiple occasions and each time they have been very friendly and the service had been very quick and efficient. All around 10/10.

Amazing customer service by the two boys up the front will definitely be coming back, well done!!! Only bad point was the chicken was under cooked (this should definitely be looked at 😔)
