One of the servers with a beard was excellent he made a great bagel for me

Excellent service everytime. I have been served by Michael and Liam on few occasions. Absolute gents. Food is delicious.

the girls in the bagel bar are so warm and welcoming.i had a great experience while ordering my food. i had a bagel and coffee which both were great. would definitely recommend giving it a try if you're looking for a new place that has tasty food.

Got a ham & cheese toasty with soup the toasty wasn’t cooked at all and the soup tasted as if it was off also had a hot chocolate and was that watery I would say I’ve had better from a petrol station

Called just to pick up a menu as we'd recently had lunch. Myself and my wife were given complementry bagels by the manageress to eat later. Staff were very friendly, bagels delicious. Will definately call again next time we're in the area.

Ordered a baked potato with bacon and cheese with cake and tea. Realised once at my seat I had been overcharged. That was no problem went and said it to the guy he refunded me the difference. Got my backed potato lifted the cheese to find bacon very undercooked. Brought it up.to the same guy to ask him to get a new one. With his bare hands picks up some of the bacon and shoves it into mouth. With a mouth full of food proceeds to tell me it tastes ok to him. Then asks if I want something else. His hygiene standards are disgraceful. Once finished this I'll be reporting g this place to the food saftey standards authority.
