Went there today…🤦🏻‍♂️ and let me start by saying the only reason I give them a 3 star is because they had chamois cream. I asked the cashier about the detour and he acted like I insulted him, I earlier asked the mechanic about their bibs as mine are riding up something terrible band he pretty much said they were garbage. So why don’t they carry some decent ones? Would probably never go back as there are much better shops in the area.

Went in with my father who is riding the otet. I won't spend another dime at this store and would advise others to shop elsewhere. Staff was absolutely rude. Asked one guy about some gear and he acted like we were even talking to him, and to be honest I don't think he had a clue what he was talking about. Asked another guy about the detour on the trail and he acted like it was the most inconvenient conversation he's ever had.

My dad was an avid cycler and passed away this year in February. I never rode for years and recently rented bikes in Manhattan to get around the city, and I loved it - I knew I had to buy a bicycle once I was home. It’s the most joyful and obvious solution to my own lifelong fitness goals. I knew I wanted to use my bike for the bike trails and city riding when I travel, and I needed to go somewhere the staff would be knowledgeable and care about helping me find the most practical and cost effective bike and accessories. Matt was there at the shop to walk me through every practical step, and he spent hours to ensure I was getting the correct size and most practical bike for my needs. He helped me pick the right accessories and even stopped me from obsessing over items I realize now I’d like time riding to decide on later. He even showed me how to change a flat tire/tube! If you are looking for help and people who are passionate, and WANT riding a bicycle to be fun, this is absolutely the place and Matt was The Guy!!!

Ordered a bike that was shipped to this store and they assembled. Received a call from the store the bike was assembled and ready for pick up. I showed up and the wheeled the bike out to me and handed me a receipt. No offer to help adjust the bike to my body size, no discussion around maintenance, no assistance connecting phone to bike. Just handed me the receipt and walked away. Seemed bothered that I was even there. Extremely rude and the absolutely the worse customer service I have ever exerienced. Wife bought the same bike a week ago at Bikesource in Columbus and they were the exact opposite, excellent service. I wont be recommending anyone to MC Loveland shop ever.

Husband and I stopped in and ended up buying ourselves bikes! We’ve been wanting new bikes for a while and Matt helped us pick the style that fit our goals. He went above and beyond to help us understand things that we may not have much experience in. Would definitely recomendar this bike shop! Thanks Matt!

I am on the last month of living on the road for the winter on my bike. I had a minor issue with my back brake coming through on the Ohio to Erie trail. The guys not only didn't charge me for the quick fix but took the time to give me good cycling directions for a motel. It was cold today and I just wanted four walls and some heat. They even printed out a map for me and helped me understand the detour and closure coming up as I head north. Just a great bunch of fellows there!

GO TO ANOTHER MONTGOMERY CYCLING BUT NOT THIS ONE!! Manager is extremely rude. I called ahead asked if they had my exact tire, JAY SAID THEY DID. Told them I would be right there to get it. Showed up, asked for my 700c/37 and they gave me two tires which seemed entirely too small. I asked if it was the correct tires to make sure they didn’t mistakenly give me the wrong ones they said they were correct. I go home, try putting in those tires on which was PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE. Then I return to the store, tell them that the tires aren’t the right size and staff was giggling laughing at me because they were “so sure” the tires were correct, I EVEN BROUGHT IN MY OLD TIRE AND RIM. They examined it and told me that they 100% gave me the right tire…. So I went back home and had all my bike buddies come over to try and put the tire on.. nobody could. Returned to the store for the 3RD TIME.. I told them I would pay for them to put the tires on… they charged me $35 and I sat and watched as this associate tried putting it on…. which she couldn’t… so she quietly asks her manager ( who was being extremely rude) and says “are you sure these are the correct tires” and he laughs and tries to put it on himself… which he couldn’t… he looks at me and says “ohh the tires are right next to each other. Must have grabbed the wrong one” Sorry for the long message but this place wasted 4 hours of my time when it should’ve taken 10 minutes. & The mid age manager, I think Jay, is the absolute worst.

Ordered a bike online and had it sent to them to assemble at no charge. Very helpful, lots of great accessories.
